“I did not walk out of here with photos, but with something greater!This past week, I was out of state on vacation and stumbled upon a film camera in a pawn shop. I bought the camera, bought some batteries and film, and got to shooting. I just came back to Florida not even 24 hours ago and immediately visited this shop. I was excited to finally see the photos I took while on vacation developed. I explained to the kind man at the front desk how I have recently bought this camera while on vacation and how I was new to film cameras. The gentleman helping me was very kind and explained the whole process to me. I gave him my information, roll of film, and planned to return later that day.Once I did return, I was told that my film roll was blank. I was very disappointed, but knew it was not at all the fault of the shop, but of the camera. The same gentleman (I wish I got his name now) who helped me earlier was in the shop and asked to see my camera. He was careful not to expose the new roll of film I had already set into the camera and was able to find the issue almost immediately. I knew I bought the camera for a very low price, so I asked if there was anything he could do to help. He was able to resolve the issue with the camera so that when a photo is taken, the film would be exposed to light, and he explained the whole process. It seemed like a very simple issue, but one I would never have known about if it wasn't for him.This shop is advertised for developing and printing photos. Never have I ever thought that they would go above and beyond to help me out this much. Now I have a working camera and a whole load of film to go through! I will definitely be returning.I am forever grateful! Thank you so much!”

Reveca was the associate that helped me mostly and she truly was amazing to watch as several customers had problems and she just kept a steady pace and dealt with everyone patiently. She was knowledgeable from watching and listening to her. She did ask for opinion of another associate to handle my very old items I brought in to laminate.
