So l tried this one in West Palm - dealt with Chastity and the service was above and beyond - super efficient and they turned my order around very quickly

“I cannot recommend Karl and Kyler at Artworks of Northwood highly enough. We brought them a very special project: two massive 6’x4’ canvases that were a true family DIY project. My daughters designed, built the canvases, and planned the project. Mom then did much of the painting to match our décor and the final sealing. These weren’t just canvases; they were a family collaboration and a bit of a legacy project!
Karl treated our DIY art with the same respect and care as a masterpiece. His craftsmanship is world-class! The custom framing is so professional that the pieces look like “store-bought” quality art that we are proud to display in our family room.

Karl coordinated with Kyler to pick up these oversized pieces from our home, and despite a very tight deadline, they finished everything in time for Mother’s Day weekend. “I’ve had a mailbox at this UPS Store location for quite some time, including during an extremely transitional period in my life, and I cannot say enough good things about Jackie and her team.
This is a very busy store, yet Jackie runs it like a well-oiled machine. She’s knowledgeable, professional, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about helping customers. I always felt that my mail, packages, and important documents were safe and handled responsibly, which gave me enormous peace of mind.
What really stood out to me is that even after I changed mailbox locations to a different UPS Store, Jackie still went out of her way to help me resolve a shipment issue that had been mishandled by another franchised location. She absolutely did not have to step in, but she did anyway — and that level of integrity and customer care is rare.
In fact, after that experience, I ended up switching my mailbox back to this location because the difference in professionalism, organization, and customer service was that noticeable.
Her employees are also consistently friendly, patient, and helpful, even when the store is clearly busy.
