I guess I shouldn’t be surprised to see the 1 star reviews here about the arrogance, rudeness and unprofessional vibe here. I had a horrible experience here on my birthday APPOINTMENT and left crying with my nails thin burning and not done. They insisted I remove and do Gel X (came for a quick refill) so they removed me from my seat to put someone else, left me soaking for ages. When I had to leave without my nails done they were not sorry at all and forced me to pay for a removal fee that I didn’t even want WHILE I was crying. My tik tok video sharing my story is now going viral with about 100,000 views already possibly more by the time I post this. I have never felt so humiliated and discarded in an establishment before.

Double booking is normal, but when a customer gives you a specific time they need to be gone due to a meeting that needs to be prioritized and not just blown off.Then you still charge them when you didn’t stick to the appointment time and they did not get the full service, they booked due to negligence on the nail tax part. Not OK.. Licensed cosmetologist here who also does nails. I would never step foot into this place for that specific reason. Customers are your bread and butter not just cash cows

The woman, I believe her name is also Christina, is so rude to so many customers. I have witnessed her be rude on a phone call while I was getting my nails done by Dan, and watched her turned ppl away bc of her nasty attitude. She charged me $25 for being less than 10 mins late and I was forced to pay over $230 for mine and my daughter’s nails due to this “late fee”plus additional fees she charged for putting our own stickers on my daughter’s nails which WE BROUGHT IN. Even my daughter was outraged when we went to check out and she told us the total. When I inquired about the details she says it was $25 to put the stickers on her nails. The only reason I returned is bc Dan is great and kind, it’s a shame that the one who runs the schedule is so disgraceful and dishonest. I would avoid this place if you’re not about being unpleasantly surprised when you go to pay or if you’re looking for a welcoming environment.
I hope you take this advice, Christina, and reevaluate your come-from honey bc it’s not attractive.
I struggle with ADHD and unforgiving people like you make life harder, not helpful. Just in case you care.

Was my first time there, and I had an overall good experience. Was met by the gentleman who was quite professional and a good job on my chubby fingers. I paid more than I'm used to but it was not unreasonable.

I GOT A FOOT FUNGUS FROM THIS PLACE! They started my pedicure and I looked down and thr girl was scrubbing my feet with a USED SCRUBBER. everywhere I have ever been they take them out of a brand new package in front of you. She was also using tools to cut my nails and cuticles that did not come out of a sanitized bag like everywhere else does ! And the the toe dividers were used that she put in between my toes! It's been 2 days and my feet are itching and burning all over!! How could you do this to people because your too cheap to sterilize and use new tools on each client?? We are paying for it!!! They don't even clean anything at the end of the night they just sweep. Everywhere else I have been they sterilize all od there tables and chairs ..but they ask u to wash your hands before they will work on you ! Ask me to wash my hands but you are using a scrubber that u used on how many other people on me?? This is how people get foot fungus and diseases, this place should be shut down !!!!! I saw another comment where someone said they got foot fungus here and apparently that didn't make them start sterilizing there tools. I think the health dept needs to get involved. No one should be paying for service and go home with a fungal infection, absolutely sick. Go somewhere else!

Dona did a FANTASTIC job on my set, it’s just what I wanted. Best set I’ve ever received. I’m even visiting from a different state and told her that and she still worked just as hard even knowing I couldn’t be back, she truly cares and took amazing care of my fragile nails

I loved here up until they began being ignorant and rude. They assumed because none of us was vietmanse that we couldn’t understand them while they talked about their friends and inappropriate outings and customers. One of the nail techs made a joke about my hair and the other tech looked directly at me and laughed. I use to be married to an Asian man and my kids are fluent. It’s sad how people so talented and also people who have suffered discrimination be so rude and nasty. Very unprofessional
