This has been my Publix for about 20yrs now and my pharmacy for almost the same amount of time. I can't thank the staff enough especially to my Dear Friend Brian, he always welcomes me at the drive~Thru or inside. He is such a Great Man and very caring. And a special thank you to Mrs. Jessica. I've never met her in person, but she always calls me on my Prescriptions/Medications.so very kind and thoughtful. I just to share my thoughts. And a very much thanks to the rest of the staff.Thank you Daren ❤️

Buying a Ham for the Holidays? Well FORGET the small so-called honey baked ham by Publix! Not only is it a waste of money but the ham has that horrible smoked flavor so no ham flavor and the ham itself looks like it was pressed together from other meats! Absolutely disgusting! We can now start counting this year as the year Publix went down the drain & cut corners! If I were you publix, I would pull ALL those small hams off the shelf! Can you imagine getting ready to serve a Thanksgiving dinner and have this horrible tasting thing served? Thank goodness it was just my doggies and I, but when Dogs turn their nose up to it you know something is wrong! GMO Ham Publix? For Shame!!!!!

This has been My pharmacy for many years. I'm always treated with kindness and compassion. They are always helpful and prompt. Everything is made as easy as possible and when any issue or delay occurs, they communicate and work hard to resolve it or find a solution.

Not impressed by the staff on Saturday April 16th. I used to work for Publix pharmacy as a certified tech for 6 years. One of the associates made a mistake by not remembering that I said there was a prescription that would coming through shortly and that I wanted it filled as soon as possible. The pharmacy tech even had my wife's information but 2 and a half hours later I show up to the store and it's not ready. Ok I understand mistakes happen but then the soonest time they could offer me is 20 minutes to fill one script for dexamethasone. Absolutely unacceptable seeing as it was their mistake. Me and my pharmacist by ourselves would have prescriptions ready in 10-15 minutes if things were incredibly busy but obviously the service has gone down. If we knew we made a mistake then we would get the rx ready as quickly and safely as possible but with 4 pharmacy techs and a retail pharmacist I guess that was too much to ask.

Went there for covid boster shot,had an appointment, was there for almost an hour and a half,talked tothe cashier, and said she was sorry she did not put me in the computer.What is the point in having an appointment.

Had a different experience with the pharmacy today... got a txt the 13 my 2 prescription were ready. I work all week and weekend, my husband stopped on his way home from work monday and picked up only one. I went back to get the other and they told me they put back medicine after 7 days because it can expire and they rotate the medicine???? I have never heard of that plus it was only 4 days I waited to get it. And I had to loop around and wait longer than anticipated.Can someone explain this to me

VERY happy I found this particular pharmacy. The techs, staff, and Pharmacists are excellent. They actually help. As many know other Pharmacies will be rude if you need clarification/help, say sent to wrong location, the Dr. Missed a letter in the name etc. And hang up saying not their problem.This Publix Pharmacy will call docs, call locations, and just HELP you! And I pay half now than Walgreens/Wal-Mart etc. Ask for help/what's wrong at any other place the authoritative technician usually hangs up, "call your dr!"....bc how dare you ask "was it sent somewhere else?"Go to Publix and keep your sanity. Great job to everyone there. And NO, they won't bend the law. They're professionals. They do their best to fix whatever's causing issues or questions ?

All Publix stores are a great place to shop. I have many found memories of coming hone from Publix and making a Dagwood sandwich with loads of meat and cheese, then adding lettuce and tomato and onion. Mayo on a freest slice of deli bread. Hummmm

DON’T ORDER anything from the bakery. I’ve tried twice and both times they ruined my children’s birthday cakes. The first one was completely lopsided. I ordered a 2nd cake and they got the theme completely wrong. All they just offered was to give me the correct character. I get there and they hand me the bag with a quick sorry. A huge inconvenience, my son was so upset because his cake was wrong. A huge inconvenience and no accountability on their end. I won’t ever order from this location again. Huge disappointment.
