Came here from an urgent care my normal pharmacy is Walgreens and when they’re open and you need them, they make sure that they help you and they try to make things happen. They don’t mess around at all unfortunately they close earlier so I need a prescription cream and I needed it ASAP. I rushed over to the Publix at the urgent care sent it to you so I could get it tonight so I can do my Treatment because I have a contagious rash. It is a single tube of cream and I understand that things need to be processed, but I’ve watched Walgreens in action and if they care, they will make things happen in minutes unfortunately, I did not get the young ladies name and this is gonna sound bad when I say I can tell you that it’s an Asian woman I’m sure it’s a pharmacist. With an attitude of I don’t care about you. I understand that I got a little anxious and I kept expressing that it’s just cream. I kept asking her to just help me and she said she had other people in front of me. There was one woman at the counter at the timeand then just me sitting there she could have. And then just me sitting there. She could of processed my cream and sent me home instead she had me sit for 15 minutes just to tell me that she wasn’t going to give me my cream tonight. So I stood up and I said to her, I really need this cream because of the line of work I do I don’t wanna transmit what I need treatment for to anybody which means I would have to call out of work for the day. I’m about safety. She did not care so I did say to her that you don’t care you just don’t wanna fill it for me because it’s just a cream and I know it wouldn’t take you long. She threw her hands up in the air in front of me and she said oh so you know me now have a good night talk to my manager in the morning to me. That is the worst case of customer service I’ve ever seen in my life when a customer is in panic and they’re begging you for your help and there’s not much going on you’re only assisting the people that walk up to your counter in the middle of talking to me. She even had the nerve while I was begging her for the cream process to t Say Next customer in line she had a nasty attitude and I hope that this doesn’t get overlooked because I shop at this Publix consistently and just because of that I may never return. I have to come back in the morning for my medication and I may never wanna walk again . If I could do zero stars, I would her attitude was disgusting and I’m going home without my treatment so this is great

Thls has been my go-to pharmacy for many years. Everyone that has worked there has always been very informative and courteous to me. The male pharmacist is kind, great sense of humor, and always has time to help you in every way he can. Many cudo's to all that work there. Keep up the great habits that all of you have ☮️

They don’t call to let you know they have zero intention of filling a medication because they didn’t order it. Horrible customer service and Publix should be ashamed of this location. Complete disarray and trash

The female Asian pharmacist is downright rude and bothered if you ask clinical questions. You know, her job.
The male pharmacist there is a gem and 5 star. I ended up with a medical emergency due to not getting the clinical answers of a medication interaction. She’s not the Publix quality of employee they usually have

Hopefully this will be my new pharmacy, I just moved up here from Fort Lauderdale, my daughter and wife passed away and I'm disabled,so live up here with my mom/ caretaker. I will edit and post review in a month to see if everything works out here. It's convenient for me because it's close to the new house. My original Publix Pharmacy in Pompano Beach, Mr Shawn the Head Pharmacist was amazing always there always ready to help and answer your questions, they always had great people working there, hopefully it will be the same here.

Customer service is not good at all. Employees to busy talking about the movies they watch the night before.

First time using Publix; would not recommend. I had a prescription sent virtually which I picked up while simultaneously dropping off a hard copy prescription. I returned the next day to be told they lost my prescription. The pharmacist offered to reach out to the prescriber but would not float me a temporary supply of the medication while I wait. Trusting a disorganized entity with your health is a red flag. #gotoCVS

This is the worst Publix. Management does a poor job of keeping this store stocked. Today shelves were bare in some sections. We have requested Skyrr brand yogurts that are stocked in other stores like Jensen Beach. They never have it even when it is a circular sale item. Dairy manager and other departments need to police their products of exited items. Today found a yogurt that was 1 month past expiration date. Store is close to come but we prefer to go to

Third time I've tried to get a sandwich or lunch meal to go. If you have two people in front of you then be prepared to wait 30 minutes. Each time a customer comes back to either add or change what they already had should not be able to skip the line. I can wait but when you're still standing there for over 20 minutes I don't think having three people walk away because one person wants to add something additional they forgot to order makes everyone else obsolete. Basically, if you want a quick lunch meal this is the last stop to make. I rarely comment or rate but seeing people standing around that long, and leaving as I have had to, miss their work lunch time and not eat the rest of the day doesn't fly. If they were super busy and you can see that then of course we all get busy. But letting people that already ordered cut back in to make more is not good customer service.

It's a shame during a pandemic that the pharmacy is more concerned with giving vaccine shots and making sure they meet there quota of appointments rather than check there computer for pending prescriptions or the fact they refused to fill the prescriptions in their system because all of their technicians as they claim are to busy giving vaccine shots. Remember Publix it's not ALL about the pandemic!
