Hopefully this will be my new pharmacy, I just moved up here from Fort Lauderdale, my daughter and wife passed away and I'm disabled,so live up here with my mom/ caretaker. I will edit and post review in a month to see if everything works out here. It's convenient for me because it's close to the new house. My original Publix Pharmacy in Pompano Beach, Mr Shawn the Head Pharmacist was amazing always there always ready to help and answer your questions, they always had great people working there, hopefully it will be the same here.

Customer service is not good at all. Employees to busy talking about the movies they watch the night before.

First time using Publix; would not recommend. I had a prescription sent virtually which I picked up while simultaneously dropping off a hard copy prescription. I returned the next day to be told they lost my prescription. The pharmacist offered to reach out to the prescriber but would not float me a temporary supply of the medication while I wait. Trusting a disorganized entity with your health is a red flag. #gotoCVS

This is the worst Publix. Management does a poor job of keeping this store stocked. Today shelves were bare in some sections. We have requested Skyrr brand yogurts that are stocked in other stores like Jensen Beach. They never have it even when it is a circular sale item. Dairy manager and other departments need to police their products of exited items. Today found a yogurt that was 1 month past expiration date. Store is close to come but we prefer to go to

Third time I've tried to get a sandwich or lunch meal to go. If you have two people in front of you then be prepared to wait 30 minutes. Each time a customer comes back to either add or change what they already had should not be able to skip the line. I can wait but when you're still standing there for over 20 minutes I don't think having three people walk away because one person wants to add something additional they forgot to order makes everyone else obsolete. Basically, if you want a quick lunch meal this is the last stop to make. I rarely comment or rate but seeing people standing around that long, and leaving as I have had to, miss their work lunch time and not eat the rest of the day doesn't fly. If they were super busy and you can see that then of course we all get busy. But letting people that already ordered cut back in to make more is not good customer service.

It's a shame during a pandemic that the pharmacy is more concerned with giving vaccine shots and making sure they meet there quota of appointments rather than check there computer for pending prescriptions or the fact they refused to fill the prescriptions in their system because all of their technicians as they claim are to busy giving vaccine shots. Remember Publix it's not ALL about the pandemic!

After some EXTREMELY frustrating, challenging and rude customer service at the other "big companies" I promised myself NO MORE!I transferred all of my Rx's to Publix. Immediately the pharmacist's disposition was friendly and helpful so I knew my chronic health problems and long term medicinal care would be grade A (so I was hopingFast forward to over a year later and my hopes for the future actually ended up being more than I could POSSIBLY IMAGINE!The clinical staff at THIS PARTICULAR PHARMACY are the best of the best I truly mean that with all sincerityWe've fostered a wonderful relationship over time. We know one another by first name, and the best thing is ...RESPECT MUTUAL RESPECT! Because of this fact,it seems to make their lives easier and mine as wellBottom line, they go above and beyond for their PATIENTS!Thanks guys James T

My husband bought the Chantilly Cake from this Publix for my Birthday. This cake was absolutely disgusting. There is this fruit and glaze mixture in between layers that is horrid. It tastes like a thick gelatinous cough syrup. We could not finish our slices. My 7 year old son, who will eat anything with sugar, even thought it was bad and threw the majority of his slice away.

As a type 1 diabetic on several medications, the staff at the pharmacy goes above and beyond. I feel like I'm visiting friends when I'm there....we talk about our dogs and I love sharing my homemade jam with them! If you need a pharmacy that will work with you and get what you need if they don't have it, and provides outstanding customer care.....this is it! #stephanieandwinston♡
