The store is big and clean, but produce has been terrible since the store moved. Seems their storage temperature is off or something. I have to inspect the fruits and vegetables carefully or I end up going home with moldy and slimy food. The bagged lettuce is soggy, bagged green beans are wet, sweet potatoes are old, strawberries usually have mold. It gets worse every time I shop. It's also organized in a strange way, especially along the back with the cheese and milk. Makes it difficult to find things that would logically be together.I used to love Publix - great quality and great service. I miss that the kids bagging my groceries walked with customers and helped them load the car. I miss the organization of the aisles. I could get everything I needed in one store. Although inconvenient to go to two stores for my weekly groceries, I've been going to Sprouts and Aldi more often for my produce.

This post is in regards to our experience tonight (Monday) at customer service around 9:30pm. My husband, baby, and I waited for 10 minutes whilst the publix employee (woman with glasses and pointy nails) chatted with her coworker and slugishly handled the 1 customer before us. My baby began to get fussy as we waited. A man then stood behind us with a cart full of items and the employee told him to go before us. This was absolutely rediculous, we had been waiting so long and then to have the employee make another customer skip us?! We were there first. I found it very strange and frustrating. I usually have good service in the morning, but the staff at night are horrible. This was a big let down from Publix compared to what their standards used to be.

Very nice, clean, large PUBLIX that is kept well stocked with a large variety of products. Very busy and good pharmacy with a drive up window on the side of the store. It is hard to beat their buy one - get one deals. Good produce and delicious. Includes a nice eating area and a good bakery. Nice but busy customer service area. Most employees are friendly and helpful, and PUBLIX customer service policies are good overall. I would give it 5 stars if the regular prices were a little cheaper, but the sales are decent.

This Publix Supermarket is one of the best grocery stores I walked inside of. The interior of the store is very modern-looking, employees are friendly, and the groceries are nearly stocked in each aisle. It's definitely a store to shop inside of.

Publix is the best store. It's more expensive than Walmart but I think your paying more for customer service at publix. Because the people that work here are so nice and helpful.

Pricing is way too high. Nice store though. Why is this store so much nicer than any other? Did I mention the pricing is way to high. You can only blame Covid for so long before you have to put people ahead of profits. I don’t shop much at Publix anymore. It’s too expensive and not worth the extra money.

To the manager I bought two oranges from the produce department yesterday today I and cut one open and it was molded and then I cut the second one open and it was molded too. Whoever your buying your produce from sucks. The oranges look deceiving. Fine on the outside and molded on the inside. I bought fresh mint and cilantro to make a dish with the oranges and couldn't make it because of the rotten oranges.

Nice store, very clean. I love a good BOGO, Unfortunately, it is the only thing that lures me to Publix anymore. The prices are so astronomical that I have found less expensive places to do my grocery shopping & only go to Publix for a few BOGOs here & there. (sad because it used to be my favorite & the only place I would shop at)

Always a pleasure here except for the deli. Why is there only one person working the subs with 8 people in line. No disrespect to the worker but she was elderly and shouldn't be by herself with that much traffic smh. Instead of saving a few bucks on hiring personnel. Instead think of your customers.Oh yeah I had time to type this while waiting in line.

I had to call in my RX in an emergency on my way up from out of town and the pharmacy was able to help within minutes. Everyone was exceptionally nice and so pleasant. Best experience, not to mention the store looked immaculate. Best Publix I have ever walked into.

Well stocked and clean with helpful staff, Louis at the meat counter is always nice and remembers us. They have a good selection of fruits and veggies and a pharmacy too. BOGO deals and promos on their app make them a better place to shop than the other markets.

This is my fav Publix to go to. Verano is closer to me but I like the layout of St Lucie West. It also seems they have more of a selection. When getting cakes or subs, the staff is always great. Cashiers are quick and always courteous. I like that they ask how I'm doing or how is my day.
