Came in to get a sub for lunch today and when I ordered a board head sub the lady Wendy says they are out of it so I say I’ll just get a Publix one then they say they don’t have that either I think they were just too lazy to cut it I’m very displeased Publix deli used to be awesome but has gone downhill big time

Online pickup? Give it an hour window, if your planning to pick up 4:00pm, select 3:00pm. Deli constantly gets your order wrong, multiple times now. Lines for Deli are longest I've seen at any publix location.
Some other user described it best - get a cot and pillow if you're planning on purchasing anything from the deli. 1/10 - worst possible publix experience you can have.

Place went downhill quickly. Literally 30 minutes ago I am waiting in the seafood department for the employee to finish his personal phonecall to help me. He looks at me I look at him and nothing. After 3 minutes waiting, I moved forward ultimately abandoning my cart and driving off to my local Wallmart. Im done shopping at Publix.

This afternoon (01/14/25) I had a sad experience at Publix Croostown around 4:00 pm. When the customer service employee refused to accept my return because I didn't have a receipt, she was rude to me. Publix has always been polite to customers in that regard, so it's a very nice place to shop. She should work somewhere else. Unfortunately I didn't see her name.

This used to be such a great lil store. With the uptick of building the population grown has made this place a nightmare. Parking lot is a danger zone the way people drive.
