Decent service, greeted at register and by bagger and was offered helpbto my car. Only reason behind the 4 out of 5 is when picking up prescription, they almost forgot to give me both meds I was picking up.

I walked to the pharmacy this morning. I said good morning and the response back was " I will be right with you' not a smile she did not even look at me. Very disappointing. Than I ask about a prescription pick up. Gave the name and birth date. I knew already that she was not friendly so I provided information requested. She told me there was nothing there. I asked when was the last time there was a certain medication picked up and was it for a specific thing. Once the whole conversation was done, I said thank you and she could not even say you are welcome. What people forgot manners and in her position who deals with the people I would expect kindness. I guess I assumed too much.

This Publix is good but they never have enough help in the deli department..or the meat slicing area..get help!!I also tried to order there new Tex mex black bean burger but no one had any knowledge about it so I didn’t get it..maybe the night crew isn’t train properly

I love Publix subs! However, even if you order online or anytime of the of day. This Publix takes forever to make the order. I am currently standing here 8:30 at night. Forty minutes after I placed an order. Still with no sub in my hands. I didn’t understand why it takes so long. And for the most part nothing is ever wrong with them. Just have to wait a century to enjoy one. Wish they would do something about this.

I was approached by the cashier Novotna, I went to refund some fruit that had spoiled this lady was the most rude person I had spoken as I do to everyone that I meet, I said good morning twice and I was ignored. I told her I was returning oranges, Novotna said there were no oranges on her and handed me the receipt like I was trash, I looked I said my apologies I meant mandarins, her attitude and personality wanted me to say something that wasn't lady like. Novotna turned from me and started to assist another customer. I see that there are a lot of rude, disrespectful black workers in all publix stores throughout Florida. I'm black, but they smile and grin to other people. Management needs to pay attention to this matter. I will not go there anymore. I'm tired of being treated badly when I'm spending my money. I have no idea where these women come from. It needs to stop. Black people have a hard enough time as it is. These women need to appreciate the opportunity they were given to have a job. Get it together Publix

This Publix has become the lowest on the scale of nearby Publix stores. The counter help in the deli department are horrible. Placing lunch meat on the scale where flies are landing on. They hardly say anything to the customer. Also wait a long time to get service.

Their "floureless chocolate torte" is really something so special and tasty, it's hard to not think about it. It's actually the best chocolate dessert ever in my opinion. The chili here is also especially good. The only thing is that nobody comes out to stir it, so it separates and burns and eventually looks and smells not so good.
