I don't know why this location bothers asking for a pick up time if they will never make the orders available to be PICKED UP. Several times now I have placed online pick up orders and they aren't ready. The workers will not make the effort to put the meats and cheese in the pick up area. I feel that this sharp decline of quality of service in this department specifically started when the store made the decision to move the "pick up area" to the front near the cash registers as opposed to keeping it next to the deli department. Placing an order nearly 30 minutes ahead of time and then waiting an additional 20 to just stand in line because no one will bring the order where it needs to be is frustrating to say the least.
I would advise that since you are going to be forced to wait this time anyway, don't bother placing the orders online. It won't be ready nor convenient for you to obtain. It would be pointless to think you could save any time by placing an order ahead of time.
I will note however, this publix location does its best to stay stocked and have friendly service. It's just unfortunate that they can't be a little more efficient. You won't entirely regret chosing to grocery shop here, but be prepared for bumps along the way.

I had to run in quickly to pick up a birthday cake and they had so many beautiful cakes to choose from. Their bakery was really top notch and the bakery attendant even wrote on my cake what I wanted. Her skills were top tier. Very pretty handwriting with an icing bag! And let me tell you that cake tasted fresh made. It was very delicious and none was left to take home!

The store is nice and most of the staff are pleasant and go out of their way to help the Customer. BUT, people come to the store to shop and get prescriptions.Great that they are collecting for charity at the registers, but loud screaming and banging every time they get a donation is childish and inappropriate, and having to listen to that repeatedly while in the store is jolting and disturbing to some shoppers and some of their own staff as well. Most people expect an adult experience in the store, as they come in with their own issues to work or shop. Thank you.
