Everything can be done on a smart phone or computer...
Appt. Date and time. Pre check in right from your car. Notified that your appt is ready. So fast and easy.

Representative called me right on time and did an excellent job drawing blood. Check in via text message on phone app is easy and convenient. This is normal when an appointment is made and you have MyQuest account.

I would give them 0 stars. No matter which location I go to it is ALWAYS the same. First of all I went to check in and it did not show I had an appointment. Gave paperwork to lady and she said I did not have a scheduled appointment. Got in my car at the first traffic light I looked at my cell phone and saw the check in for my 10:40 appointment. Got back there at 10:30 still had to wait.I would never use Quest again except my insurance forces me to. You are terrible. You ALWAYS overbook. Staff excuse is oh we are short staffed, REALLY!!!!! STOP OVERBOOKING, My time is as important to me as your is to you. Last time I had to wait over 1 hour with an appointment REALLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Another great appointment-hardly a wait. Technician was very pleasant and helpful with small matter concerning my 2 orders from different doctors. I plan on using this facility for any needed future blood work.

Went in while waiting for my wife who was next door. I didn’t have an appointment & was taken in surprisingly quickly, only a 15 minute wait. Quick & efficient as well as a quality blood drawer.

This Quest location on Goldtree rd will be the only one I go to from now on. The cleanest and friendliness one I've been to. I totally recommend this location over any others.

Great day as usual always easy to make appointments and excellent service they should teach the hospital how to take blood on first try. I was in hospital recently and took the third nurse to get blood hook up. Thank you quest.

Several administrative/technical glitches that made the experience a real headache:
* Could not do quick check in at the kiosk using login with email and phone number, because the system said there is no account under that email and phone, in spite of my having received prior text messages and emails to my phone from Quest. To check in at the kiosk, I had to go through the driver's license and insurance card scanning for the umpteenth time. I never received a confirmation email or text with the confirmation code, so could not use that to quick checkin. If the confirm message had an option to checkin via a link in that email or text message, I could not use it since I never got a confirmation message.
* Once I was seen, I had to give up my appointment because the lab requisition was an image on my phone, and I was told I had to give up my appointment and go back out into the lobby and email the requisition to the address posted on a flyer in the lobby, and then rebook my appointment. I did this.
* After rescheduling for the next available appointment, which was the exact current time, I re-checked in at the kiosk, but it said I had already missed my appointment and needed to rebook a third time.
I had reached my limit. When the tech came in to call another person, I explained the situation and she took me in right away, and was professional and compassionate about the situation.
* I recommend there be a way to upload the lab requisition during appointment setup, or barring that, during the kiosk checkin process. At the very least there should be a prominent message during checkin that the tech cannot read electronic files from a phone, and they must be emailed to a specific address before the appointment. The address, if different at each location, could be looked up by the app and provided as part of the message. If the app can't manage that, it should state the need to email lab requisitions before the appointment, and to refer to the notice posted on the wall at the location for the email address.
* I recommend the notice on the wall have an attention grabbing title, and be placed in a location near the checkin kiosks, as it was easily overlooked. A title like "ATTENTION: HOW TO PROVIDE IMAGES OF LAB REQUISITIONS FROM YOUR PHONE" posted in a spot near the kiosk where you would see it during checkin would have saved me having my appointment being canceled and being sent back out to the lobby to complete this required task, then having to rebook the appointment. The notice was posted near the big screen showing who is being served, which you might not notice after checking in.
* I would like your tech support staff to figure out what is wrong with the kiosk not recognizing my phone number at quick login, and not sending a message with the confirmation number by email or text after scheduling so I could do quick checkin on the kiosk. I later discovered the confirmation number was on the calendar entry that I imported when scheduling the appointment.

I didn't catch the name of the girl that drew my blood, but she was excellent! I don't do well with needles, but she was fast and kept my attention on conversation instead of the drawing process. Much appreciated

I think it’s wrong to ask for a credit card even though I have insurance, strangely the gold tree location is the only location to do that
