The staff here are super rude. I asked for a simple acrylic fill in white just white polish. They used an old polish on my nails and so i asked them to repaint them with another polish. Dirty looks we’re giving and I walked out crying. Please go somewhere else ladies

I am very pleased with this shop, there is always open availability, the best prices salon in the area and customer service is nice too! It’s close by and I wish I would have found it sooner.

This place is horrible! I went for a pedicure and the lady cut my big toenail crooked and I kept trying to tell her and even the lady in the next booth said yes it’s crooked and she painted over it anyway. Then she did such a crappy job on the paint I still tipped her, but I called the owner and he said come in and get them repainted and I was going to have him do my nails also well I went in and I asked him out of curiosity how much do they charge on debit cards and he said there’s no extra charge and I said well. The lady told me there was a two dollar extra charge so I looked up. My receipt and I noticed she didn’t charge the two dollars but when I was telling him this, she was in there yelling and he told me that she never said that so basically he called me a liar so I said I’ll be right back. I’m gonna get something out of my car and I never came back. I went somewhere else and had my toes repainted. I’d rather spend the money somewhere else instead of going someplace where they’re gonna call me a liar. I don’t suggest this place. They do a crappy job. This picture was taken the day after I got my toenails painted as you can see she didn’t even get the cuticles and I spent extra on the spa pedicure

Place is has terrible customer service. Drove 24 hours to get nails and feet done with my grandmother and i couldnt even stand next to her. As well as other people got demanded where they were and werent able to sit. Had attitudes. Only friendly to the usuals. Some lady asked a question he was snarky. I wouldnt pay to come here. Though the nails look great. They definitely wont get my money.

Stylist: My daughter sees Kelly and I see Mia! My husband loves Lynn and of course we can’t forget Danny. They are wonderful and do such great work. My daughter is special needs and they take such good care of her! I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Red Nail! We are customers for life!

They deserve negative .They bait and switch when you get to the register. I have been going here almost 2 years now and because I questioned the price because after he told me one thing he came behind me and then said something different told me never to step foot in his establishment again because I asked a question. Mind you they especially the gentleman and Kelly talk about you behind your back and they don't realize that other people know their language and know what's being said so if you want to be talked bad about and talked about nastily and made fun of because you're trying to be fair to give them a nice tip and not get price gouged. I got three cherries on 6 snail and they're not even hand painted on their stickers. After he did my nails and did not tell me it was extra $5 for my nails being long and then switch the price of the decals on me when the woman had already put the decals on me. I would never recommend this business to anyone the fact that they tell someone because they questioned the price is being switched never to come back that speaks volumes on how they're getting over on people. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in there and then switch up. Not to mention I had an appointment for 4:30 and did not leave until 6:15 they had me waiting over an hour as they did someone else

First and last time here. Bad experience. Started with cold water, a tech that didn't understand what i was saying and lacked technique. Followed by a weak and quick massage with nasty cream they use to rub on legs and feet. My legs and feet stink. Didn't even bother with polish. Really, who goes to get a pedicure and doesn't get their toes painted? That's how bad I wanted out of there. And to finish off my experience they put my sandals my wet feet. Can't wait to home and shower. Never again will I go there. Waste of time and money.

I have been coming to this location from us two years now and not only do they talk about you behind your back especially Kelly and the older gentleman they don't realize other people speak their language and just because they don't say anything doesn't mean they don't know. They bait and switch the prices. I was told never to step foot in their establishment again because I questioned the price that he told me and then when I got to the counter he switched it up and then told me never to come back and I go all because I asked a question he goes yep and then him and his wife start laughing and saying really rude comments about me. I have never felt so embarrassed and disgusted at the same time. This place doesn't make you feel pretty it makes you feel like s*** when you walk out. Do not recommend, do not waste your money customer beware because unless you're ready to just have them make up a price pretty much and do what they want on your nails they can't even do simple designs I got stickers put on my nails and was price gouged $15 and it was only cherries on six nails. I paid $10 for my eyebrows to be waxed and the $28 for the basic pedicure and $93 is completely unacceptable and I'm not a cheap person. I just try to be frugal with my money because I work hard for it and when I'm told one thing and then after they already do the design and put it on me walk behind me and say oh well instead of $10 it's now 15 and if you have a problem don't come back

I have been going to red nails for years . I love Kelly,Danny and the other ladies but the young guy that works there is very rude. It’s To bad he has to be so rude . The place is very clean and everyone else is very professional! If your looking for a day of relaxation avoid the young guy from doing your pedicure or nails . I went to do something for myself as I have been caring for my mom for years and she recently passed away . Instead of feeling better about my day he made me feel worse because he was rude !!! Never again will he do my pedicure or nails !!

Kelly had me take a seat and I asked for pink and white acrylics. She proceeded to put on my tips then start some sort of dip. I asked if that's a new way of doing acrylic nails and she said no that I asked for healthy nail. When I told her that wasn't what I had asked for she argued with me and was very rude saying they had cameras and she would play it back for me. I told her to play back cameras because I asked for acrylic. The gentleman sitting in there as well asked her several times to stop arguing with me and she got an even bigger attitude with me and started filing off the healthy nail stuff. I tried to explain that I don't even know what healthy nail is to have asked for it and she kept going until I started crying. So I took out a $20 and said I would like to leave.
I hope that she checked cameras afterwards and felt bad because I did in fact ask for acrylic. Either way I will not be going back there.
After I cleaned my face up I called #NailBar right across the road and the owner didn't have time to do my nails but felt so bad for the way I had been treated at Red Nails that she called someone in for me and fixed me up and made my whole day better.

I only come here because they take their time with my nails. Kelly did my nails this time and I love them so much! I never get disappointed.
