Wow. Every time I go I walk out happy with my my hair and get what I asked for. Been going there for years now and I finally realized he is the best stylist I have been to. I'm happiest with my hair when Roberto does it. Thank you guys.

If I could give this salon zero stars I would, went in on Friday March 15th. To get my hair done, I left the salon with ORANGE hair ! When showing my concern Roberto told me when I come back in a month we will darken it I told him “my eyebrows are dark it’s not going to look right with this color” he proceeded to tell me “Don’t make them so dark”. Once getting home and staring at in the mirror at the horror of my hair I gave the salon a call the next day. (Saturday) I spoke to Roberto wife who said she wasn’t in the office and would have Roberto call me, I waited 2 and a half hours for a call and never received one by 2:30pm I then called back and was told he had left the salon for the day and he wouldn’t be able to fit me in until Tuesday due to the fact that the salon is closed on Mondays or I could have a refund. I ask for a refund since I was not going to walk around with orange hair for 3 days. I then called and was able to grab an appointment with another Salon to fix the mess of bleach he put in my hair. Today March 18th I received a call from Roberto to come in so he can fix my hair I had told him I already went to another salon to get my hair fixed he then proceeded to tell me he will NOT give me a refund due to the fact that I went to another stylist without seeing him first. This is absolutely ridiculous this “Professional” not only let me walk out of he's salon with botched hair but is now refusing to give me a refund because I was not able to see him first ? No one would walk around with two tone orange hair for 3 says not knowing he would have all of a sudden been avalible on Monday. This is a salon I have gone to for year as so has my family. It is completely wrong and I will NEVER go back to Roberto hair salon ever again and nor will my family memebers after this incident.
