I don't give it a 5* because the store always seems a mess in the clothing depth. The sizes are not very organized, so I usually lose patience and don't buy anything.

Compared to other Ross's this one is very scarce, it has very little variety and the clothes they sell are very outdated, it is more for older people, they are totally out of date in fashion I don't come here anymore

I had a great time at the store today. This is my favorite Ross location in PSL. You have to check out this location. I had a lovely experience. Garland is the store manager, he is the one with the locs. He is very professional, polite, easygoing & laid-back. The security guard who is is Jason is very friendly and represents Ross very well. I also had a great experience with Cowin, the cashier, he is a young man, very professional and always has a great attitude. Check out this location, you will not regret it!.

“security” or loss protection up front had a conniving pretentious attitude I bought one item and he held me up and searched my shopping bag containing one item. When I didn’t say a word but gave him an odd look his response was “I know what I am” while shopping even in the back of the store all you could hear was his obnoxious voice with nothing pleasant to say. Was working 01/11 night shift
