Our windshield was damaged by a flying cooler lid on I-95 so we stopped by without an appointment. They weren't able to replace the glass on the spot but they vacuumed inside the car to remove the shards of glass for us. Great customer service!

I had a chip in my windshield and got Safelite through my car insurance. The chip repair was absolutely unacceptable. The tech went as far as to say the commercials on TV were untrue and the repair is obvious and easy to see. It left visible cracks. They were required to replace the windshield, however, they are 50 miles away, and despite knowing that getting the car to them is a hardship for me due to ill health. They gave me 2 different appointments, luckily I called to double-check that they had the windshield in the shop. Both times they were going to let me drive 50 miles to drop off my car when they did NOT have the windshield in stock BOTH TIMES! The customer service was the worst I have ever had when dealing with the main office, and it was impossible to get the shop that was supposed to do the work in Port St. Lucie, FL on the telephone. I had to go back through my AAA car insurance to have the job switched to a shop K&K Autoglass in Ft. Pierce, FL and they will come to my house to replace the windshield when Safelite told me for a replacement on a convertible the car HAD to be in the shop, just another lie to make it easier for them regardless of hardship to the customer. I would recommend Safelite to my Ex-wife but NOBODY else. Stay away from Safelite, their own technician said the TV ads are lies regarding how a repaired windshield looks and they will outright lie to you. This is based solely on my personal experience trying to work with this company,

This people get everything wrong, first they schedule me and when i show up the glass was not there.Second they reschedule and they order the wrong glassAfter almost a month and half they finally replace the glass, and to all this the put and aftermarket knowing does have a great chance of leaking.well after a couple of weeks i started noticing a water stain on the roof carpet.I called them again and they replace the glass with another aftermarket to add to the insult the guy was standing on my tonneau cover (hello they are not made to withstand ur freaking weight) of course is all bended and allowing water to accumulate on top. After all this the glass was making a rattling noise. since is a back window with a sliding glass. well they make me bring the truck for inspection and they drove it for 5 seconds, they said to take it to the dealer, i said hell no, come get in the car with me!, they were trying to blame the seat or something else. Told them if i have to, i will remove the seat, i knew it was the glass because the noise was not there before they worked on it. well drove that sucker around and he immediately notice the noise.They finally order an OEM glass and so far so good, but again at the end im stock with a bended tonneau cover. to add to the insult they suggested me to call them before each appointment to see if the glass was there, instead of them calling me if they did not receive the glass.Use at ur own risk, and yes i cover the guys faces. my intentions is to make them fix the problems not hurt the employees, but obviously they should know better to treat others peoples valuables with respect.UPDATE, they contacted me and ask for the order number to HELP, but again i haven't received a call or an email, so again stay away

3 years ago had my windshield replaced on my new Ram truck recently I got a stone chip in it the first time they tried to fix it but was unsuccessful he said it's because the chip was already been filled I said it was a new windshield how could that be. he couldn't tell me how or why. so I have had 3 additional appointments to have the windshield replaced the first time they canceled my appointment and didn't tell me the second time the guy was late and now the third time he says he's overbooked and will be 4 hours late. if anyone reads this you should choose a different glass company.

They did a windshield 2mths ago, rear view mirror is hanging by wires . Not shore if they broke a clip or it just needs to be put back. I have been trying to talk to a representative for the past 45mins with no result. The computer hung up on me 8x everytime they say will give me a representative. DOES ANYONE HAVE A DIRECT LINE TO THIS STORE PLEASE!!!! I guess I will have to drive down there 45mi to get an appointment absolutely rediulas Ridiculous

Loop the assistant manager had a horrible customer service and actually hung up on me on the phone after asking several questions that he not only didn't have answers for but didn't want to answer. He actually got to the point where he pretended like we were at the end of our conversation and closed the service request. I had my vehicle requested for a window replacement since I had been a year and I had a small crack in it. I might as well, right? I already had my brand new jeeps front windshield replaced as well and the service was impeccable by West Palm Beach, which is where my car was located at the time it was replaced. They are amazing. Drive down there for good service and reliability. but on my 2011 Mitsubishi eclipse Spyder they were unable to perform the work because the first gentleman that came out was uncomfortable with replacing it "his words not mine ", and then a representative called me from the Port Saint Lucie glass repair and said they had to order some parts that the first guy did not feel comfortable taking off in case they broke while they were replacing the front windshield glass. At that time I had told them that this model was discontinued and I was reassured that they would be able to get the parts. After market if not at Mitsubishi. I did my own homework, of course and I could buy them aftermarket, but not from Mitsubishi. I just got a phone call from Luke the assistant manager, and anything I spoke of He was frustrated with me and literally treated me like I was a woman that knew nothing about vehicles. After he hung up on me i called back and talked to a young lady. That was very helpful, which of course I was still on speaker so I'm sure Luke overheard our conversation. He should definitely not be the manager and not be the contact individual when frustrations happen as managers are supposed to be helpful and help you move forward with the replacement of your glass. I will never get my glass replaced by them in the future. I will go out of my way for it to be somewhere else, and I will definitely not refer them to anyone. At the end of the day the tech felt uncomfortable with replacing the glass on my vehicle, which is literally their job, the lady was misinformed that told me that they could order it, and made me feel, they could, and the assistant manager even made it worse by not listening to my concerns, and hanging up on me with of course, calling back, and the next representative, putting me on speakerphone, while laughing at the end of my conversation, and not helping any further either. I do not recommend Port Saint Lucie safe glass replacement

I was requested this place by my insurance company but I wouldn't recommend I can still see the crack in my windshield and not only that the lady on the phone talked me into buying windshield wipers for $29.99 little did she fail to tell me that the windshield wipers were 29.99 a piece what a rip off AND A SCAM

3 appointments first one glass wasn't there. The next two, glass came in damaged. Wanted to install damaged glass. Do not recommend at all. After a week I am going to try a different company to replace my windshield.

HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. It has been almost a month for a warranty windshield issue and it has been one excuse after another....they didn't bring a windshield, it doesn't need replacing just scrape out this excess sealant, the replacement windshield was damaged (cancelled that appointment the day before I was going to drive to TN for vacation) and today I call to see what time they will be arriving for my rescheduled appointment and I'm NOT on the list for today WTH!!!!!! I can pretty much guarantee that was the doing of the office clerk Amanda whom I got upset with on my last call when she cancelled my appointment and refused to let me speak with a manager (I asked on previous calls and excuses where made then as well) as she was the one who "scheduled" me for today. Thankfully a gentleman answered today and even though I was ticked when I found out I wasn't scheduled I didn't get as upset as I would have if I had to speak to that incompetent liar they have working for them. As for the techs themselves they have always been professional and polite but after the hassle and problems I have had to endure I will NEVER use Safelite again, I will drive around without a windshield before I use this company again!

Had mobile service set up for today 8-5, did not hear from anyone until 5:30 pm just to let me know they will now not do the service. Claimed that my vehicle requires “extra attention” so now they won’t do it. I work for a dealership who uses this location for mobile glass frequently. Disappointing experience…

They changed my windshield in November 2022 and it went very well, since the insurance company was paying for it. Even came to the house. In June 2023 the windshield started leaking on the driver’s side. Had to schedule a warranty appointment, but it would take weeks and only one day was available for them to come to my house! I could have it corrected the next day, if I took it to them. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM and now it is 2:00 PM and still not done. It took the technician about an hour in November to replace and calibrate the windshield. A warranty repair takes the entire day. This is very poor customer service. It wasn’t my fault that the windshield started leaking 6 months after they installed it. If you have a choice, find a service that will stand behind their work and put the customer first.
