Unfortunately, I will no longer be shopping here. Radio frequencies are being used at exit. If you feel funny when exiting this is why.. I immediately got this strange feeling in my eyes when passing thru the machine. Good luck yall

TLDR: It’s a gamble asking for help at this location, the employees might accuse you of being too broke for gas.
Old guy at the gas station was pretty rude and unhelpful. I waved him over because my Scan&Go wasn’t working and I don’t have a physical membership card because they don’t give them out anymore. So I tell him about my problem and he says “you don’t have enough money, your bank is going to deny it”, I politely told him I have enough money for gas and an active membership and he said “your bank is going to deny it” and walked away.
Luckily there was a young black guy working too, he said very little but was very helpful and helped me get my gas and get on my way. I showed him my membership, he swiped his employee card, I got my gas and I left in about the same amount of time it took the old employee to tell me off.

Men's bathroom was filthy! Also we waited for rotisserie chicken to finish cooking, about 15 minutes and then were told they didn't have any covers and had to go to other store to get.

Horrible store horrible service I get trying stop people from stealing but treating every customer like a thief is not the way took 30 min just to check out then u have to wait in another line so they can make sure ur not stealing

It's so ridiculous that your calling customer service to have a question answered and save a trip and no one answered the phone having called twice with phone ringing over 4 minutes. Shame on you Sam's....no one to answer the phone and attend to the customers reaching out by phone.

Horrible experience at this store. Rude and disrespectful employees who are too lazy and pathetic to do something as simple as picking up a Turbotax program I had purchased and paid for. Since no one wanted to go to the back part of the store to get the item I purchased, I ended up requesting a full refund. This type of lazy attitude is not worthy of me spending $50 for an annual membership when Costco and BJ's are other options available with employees that are more respectful and willing to help customers out.

Sams at Gatlin is the WORST place on PSL,
RAW Chicken Picture,
Super expensive prices compared with other sams,
Meats are TOUGHT, from Beef and Pork chops and shrimp, this is incredible I never tried tough shrimp and pork chops until now, last pork chops cook medium well and also taught, INCREDIBLE.
Service like carts available or any other TERRIBLE.
The person who runs this place needs to be FIRED !!!!!

I was there at the appointment time for tire check, but no one in the department. People lined up for service. Employee finally showed up, took his time setting up his drawer, answering phone calls. I gave my phone number 3 times. Still got it wrong. He claimed the delay was not his fault. Manager won't allow him to clock in prior to department opening. Always a horrible experience at Sam's battery and tire. Same issues every time. No associate in the department, phone never gets answered. Obviously adhering to Walmarts policy of providing worst service possible.

Horrible service. Left without my order because waiting that long is not acceptable. And they lied about why nobody came out yet, like I didn't walk thru the store or watch vehicles get loaded

The food court has done me wrong here multiple times. They try to push of old pizza to me, and when I asked if that was my food the attendant said what did you have. I said two pepporonis. He said naw they ain't. You have to wait. 15 minuta later, turns out yes they were. Store OK but the food court need to get itself straight.

The store on gatlin doesn't have anything I shop for anymore so tired if that store and employees there are just rude don't ever smile no customer service leaves boxes in isles or in cases Gatlin store has slacked on inventory and tired of going to this one it's only 5 minutes from our home but I'll go to Leonard instead always have everything the not ever out of anything way nicer people as well. Really wish the customer service was better everyone is so rude 😡😞 all the time put a smile on your face greet customers as they shop at your job work hard and have a good day ..at least try just make your work place better please 🥺
