I love that the inventory is constantly changing, smart move because they get hundreds and hundreds more out of people that way.
The self scan and checkout feature saved this place for me, the lines are always long and it took a minimum of another 30 minutes to check out. Bypassing that with the app makes it almost hassle free, which is a game changer. Cuts trip time literally in half.

Went into this location today sunday 3/9
Picked up a birthday cake Wanted Happy Birthday written on the cake.The clerk in that department said there was no one there that could do this.I don't understand. Every employee in that department should know.We'll be able to put happy birthday on a cake.

It's always clean and nice and the people that are always kind! And I truly loved the scanning go option. That way, I don't even have to wait for someone to check me out. I check myself out. I am going around the store scanning my item, checking myself, out and out, and heading out the door.

Sam's is great for bulk buying, very good prices. The place is always clean with a very pleasant atmosphere. Good variety of products. Checking out is easy, with no hassles. Gasoline prices are very good as well.

Store number 8150 has Horrible customer service. You literally can't get anybody on the phone in any department.Except for the pharmacy. I have been calling for 3 days and nobody picks up I am trying to buy a chuck roll for my business and they have been out of stock for over three weeks. I have tried to talk to the meat manager, which could not give me any indication of when they would be reordering. Then I talked to a store manager, which could not give me a straight answer.Her answer was, we might be ordering it soon. Very unacceptable, if you're trying to run a business. I can't wait till Costco opens in Stuart. At least they know how to treat their customers.

Three stars because I’ve had better experiences in the past and I hope management sees this and makes a change. Now you’re not only stopping me when I leave, you’re stopping me when I enter, like coming in with just my mobile phone and keys isn’t a give away that I’m using the Ap. Rather than having a person just stand there, doing nothing but asking me if I have a card or the app, if he was outside helping me pull out a cart that is stuck to all the other ones, I might not mind answering the question. You use to have someone do that when I first became a member. Shame on you for using a person to just stand there and take up more time by doing nothing but asking me a question without providing any welcoming experience in return like unsticking the carts outside!

Always terrible in many ways. Parking lot always dirty and full of cart in parking spaces. Workers just don't care. No help. Always moving things in the store making it hard to shop easy and find. Ordered a tire 11 days ago. They stated 2-3 days. I called over 10 times and have been to the store, they still have no idea what's going on. No answers whatsoever. Extremely terrible service. Absolutely unbelievable. Tire Kingdom has this same tire in only two days. Workers still has no idea what's going on after 12 days today. When you do call it goes to a call center somewhere in Asia. I was told several times from my phone calls someone will all me back with an update. Still nothing after 12 days.

I like this store, however, today I have a very NASTY welcome from an employee that was asking for the membership card- he treated me like an unpleasant client. His attitude was outrageous, atrocious, horrible. What an unpleasant moment to start a blessed Sunday. Check the emotional intelligence of your customer service employees.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a store manager than I had with Sherrie. She is rude and disrespectful to her employees & overall has a nasty attitude. Doesn’t know what she’s doing at all. Sams club, do better with who you hire in management positions.

Update:
I’ve updated and increased my stats for them bc they have changed their procedure for checking guests out and it’s been so much better of an experience.

I avoid coming here and instead drive south to Costco. Mainly bc the lines move so painfully slow. And then the receipt line moves even slower with just one person while there’s 20 waiting. While 4 employees off to the side are chatting, one of them decides to come work and help out the solo person only once I’m finally next in line. Get it together.
