BEWARE: Health Concern: Sam's Club on Gatlin Blvd, PSL FL is... Selling Rotisserie Chickens that are NOT Fully Cooked. I've gotten Chickens here MULTIPLE times that were Prematurely pulled and marketed to Customers. I became ILL on at least one occasion. I missed 5 days of productivity resulting. I Reported it but it seems no one really cares because it keeps happening. It appears there is always young, untrained people back there irresponsibly handling the Chickens to see if they are cooked properly. I will be making a formal complaint to: The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Maybe they will listen.

I just want to start that I'm new to Sam's club, so here we go . I found it to be ok , pretty well stocked clean , Kind employees till I encountered Barbie..I purchased an item that was on sale when I scanned it to check out it didn't come up on sale. The gal helping me out could not have been kinder ,she directed me towards Barbie who I'm assuming was a manager .I honestly don't know ..she had a chip on her shoulder The minute I started talking to her. She starts rattling off about "scan and go." I explain to her over and over again that I have no idea what that means . Barbie goes well. You need to download the app and starts talking so fast I'm like I have no idea what she's talking about , and why are you being so rude ? She had the worst customer service ,no patients ,so I ended up having to go to customer service counter where I encountered Nadine, who is very kind, helpful ,patient ,professional ,went the extra mile to help me with my credit , re- purchase, taught me "Scan& Go".Nadine took the time to explain it all and show me how to do it which ended up saving me over $13 so it was a big to do and let me tell you that Barbie needs to get a class on how to have patience with the elderly .. She should be working in the back where she doesn't have to deal with customers or customer service. That's just my opinion.,

New to the area from south, south Florida. Sam's Club is the only game in town in Port St. Lucie. Many of the products are like Costco but in a phrase, "it's not Costco!" But, they do have a gas station so there's that.

Sam's has all the items you expect a warehouse to have. The aisles are wide, the selection varied. For us, the ability to checkout using your phone is a big plus. Saves waiting in line at the checkout.

This is a great location with clean interiors and friendly staff. Lots of items on sale at great prices, lots of stocked product. You can purchase a membership at the register when checking out for your convenience. They have a good selection of wines, we found some really fun ones!

Don't waste your time they are liars and they will do anything not to fix your tire. I was lied to my face they came up with excuses not to fix my tire lied to my face staying there was damage to my tire and the tire tech was too lazy to do his job and fix my tire. We to total tires and they took my tire off showed me no damage on my tire and repaired my tire in 30 mins. The manager and staff at Sam's are useless. I've been trying to get a hold of a higher up but no luck. They never answer their phones. The tire techs can not tell the difference between gum on a tire and a tire plug if he would have taken time to take off tire he would have seen the tire was never plugged or patched like he stated to me. Sam's need to train their tire techs.... Will never go back there and I'm telling everyone not to trust Sam's tire dept and there incompetent staff...

Poor customer service... no one will answer the phone. Very frustrating with gas prices so high I don't want to waste time driving there and find my product out of stock

Warehouse club Sam's is one of those places that you almost have to have if you are shopping for a family. Larger size packages of goods, a large selection of things you need on a daily basis and pretty good prices make Sam's a must-hit for me. This location is on the newer side of things and it is very clean inside. Shopping carts are in top shape and the people working there are helpful, when needed. The selection is pretty good in terms of them having stuff available- so long as it is not a lunatic run where everyone is grabbing toilet paper. Prices: you should understand the costs that you would normally pay in you average grocery store before just assuming everything at Sam's is a value - sometimes the warehouse club price is not a deal, just a larger package. This location has an auto area as well where you can get tires and repairs - the tires have been a good value in my opinion but I'm not sure about the other auto services that are offered. Plenty of check-out lines but it still can get crowded at peak shopping hours. Plenty of parking available. Pro-tip: use the app and skip the checkout lines

Worthy of zero stars. Their app chargers you buy doesn't acknowledge payment so you get to pay for nothing. Manager is of no help (didn't try and didn't care to try). 100% cancelling my Sam's Membership.

Stay away from the Tire shop. You will regret it ! And don't even think about talking to the Gral. Mgr. by the name of Lou. He is incompetent and the word "manage" is not in his dictionary. They always say, look at manager and you will know how the employees behave with the customers ! What a nightmare of a place. It feels like a place owned by the Mafia !!!

I had always heard that Sams has that best pricing for tires. Well from now on I'll pay the extra cost to get tires! After making me pay up front then waiting over 3 weeks and hearing nothing back- I even called 3 times within that time frame- i went in only to be told that they got them in but looks like nobody called me. So they said they would put them on right away. An hour later I'm still waiting!!! Never again!!

I'm basing this review solely on my Covid vaccination experience. Talk about a well oiled machine! From start to finish (vaccination dose #1 prep to completion of dose #2), all was a smooth flow. I checked in, had my temperature taken and received a questionnaire. Upon completion, I returned the clipboard and pen (which were then sterilized) and proceeded to the pharmacist window with my form and insurance card as instructed. The pharmacist confirmed my information and then took me to the waiting area where I awaited my initial vaccination. This area was in the vicinity of the pharmacy. A short time later, a pharmacy technician wheeled her cart over and confirmed my identity. I received my injection within seconds. I didn't even feel the jab (until that night when I thought my arm was punched 200 times, LOL). I was provided a timer preset for 15 minutes and at the end I was to report back to the pharmacy. I returned the timer when the 15 minutes were up and received my insurance card along with a vaccination card to include an appointment for my second dose. Fast forward to one month later, I showed up on a Sunday morning for my 9:15AM appointment. The check-in team was stationed in front of the club this time. This is probably due to the fact they don't officially open until 10AM. I showed my vaccination card and was given the same form as the previous visit to complete. I also had my temperature taken. Upon completion, I was directed into the Club. About 1/4 of the way through was a large seating area for Covid vaccination recipients. I sat in a smaller portion until I received my injection and was then shifted to a larger area where I was to wait 15 minutes to make certain I didn't have any reactions. The technician who administered my vaccine also completed my vaccination card. Everyone I communicated with from start to finish was both personable and professional. I was extremely pleased with the organized vaccination process implemented by this Sam's Club. Finally, they were very thorough with sanitation throughout both visits. While in not a Sam's Club member and can't attest to the shopping experience, I did find the layout to be spacious and the club was very clean.

their pharmacy was beyond amazing.. Got my 1st and 2nd covid vaccines there and both times the peeps working in the Pharmacy were not just nice or putting on a nicie nice show, they were GENUINLY Nice people with smiles on their faces and kind as can be.. I think I need to get a Sam's membersip just to be able to deal with the Pharmacy.. Please thank them so much for being there for all of us but more importantly for not making us feel like they were doing us a favor as I have seen in other places
