Mella and the staff are the best. The rooms are spacious. I liked the peace of mind of having a gated entrance. I spent 5 nights there evacuating due to a hurricane on the West coast and it was perfect. It’s got a great pool area. Every possible restaurant, grocery store etc is within a 2-10 minute drive. The staff was so kind, helpful and accommodating. I hope I don’t have to evacuate my home again, but I’d come back (if the storm track would make that prudent). Thanks for your kindness and empathy Mella. Im 100% sure the entire structure is concrete block, not wood-framed like other hotels. We felt completely safe and secure there. No flickers of lost electricity or anything; there were a lot of local power outages due to the tornadoes that come with a hurricane.
Safety: Gated entrance. Solid concrete block structure, never lost power or wifi as the hurricane passed to the North and tornadoes touched down in the area. Lots of local power outages.

There is NO to minimal service — our toilet backed up for no particular reason — when I dialed the ONLY option (0) — they told me where I could find a plunger and that the “Mechanic” wasn’t going to be available till tomorrow… I said “it’s your room” I’ll prop the door open so it runs down the stairs

This experience was such a disappointment. Got to the hotel late and asked for a late check out the next day and they granted me a noon check out. However, in the morning before 10 AM the maid was knocking on the door as if she was the police, and it scared me to death. Then, even after not answering, she came into the room and kept asking us repeatedly when we were going to leave And we kept saying not now. Two minutes after she left the front desk then started calling and asking the same questions and I asked them did I need to leave the property immediately as if it was the last room because we were told 12 o’clock check out and she said the night Man didn’t tell them that. The next day when I tried to tell the manager, of course there was no manager on staff so I actually called Marriott directly which is something I’ve never done in over 20 years. The room was pretty nice. It is a small Villa, which was well appointed however the service just really made me not have a lot more to say. I will not return..

Spacious suite. More like an apartment. Perfect sized kitchen and large bathrooms. Excellent to have bedrooms separated. Good decor. Not too much and very clean. VERY
Loved the pool and the fact that if you stay here you can also go to the resort they are affiliated with called Vistana.
You can’t control the other guests, who were awful. Screaming and loud after midnight. I guess some people have no decorum.
Rooms: Large bedrooms. One king and one double - double

Rooms: Nice rooms, very clean, fully stocked, all soaps and detergents, even paper towels.
Nearby activities: Their pool is not crowded and is very clean. I wish it was deeper than a bathtub, though.
Safety: Gated, and da hood is far, far away.

Vacation villas- we had a large one bedroom villa with a king-size bed, living room and kitchen. I almost didn't give a review because I didn't want this place discovered!!

Nearby activities: Restaurants nearby with top shelf food and drinks

Walkability: Walk to the large pool with plenty of towels

Comfort, tranquility and everything you expect for a good rest

The location was excellent not only for golf but super market, stores and restaurants. Front desk wasn’t warm or friendly. Could use some training there. We arrived early and first thing said was “check in not till…” instead of “welcome, let me check to see if any rooms are available, might take me a couple minutes “ it does make a difference.

Not a beach resort and the rooms were a bit outdated... But other than that, phenomenal. Staff was particularly amazing, they have BBQs by the pool for grilling, they keep everything very clean, full kitchen in the room, Walmart/restaurants/every store very close
