I would like to publicly thank the entire staff at the Sherwin Williams Port St. Lucie location. They are always extremely knowledgeable about the paint and the process. They are willing to solve and fix problems and continue to make the client happy.As a journeyman painter for 25 plus years it’s important to use a quality product. Looking forward to the future ?

I purchased a new house near this store and did not have a lot of information on the interior color and finish when I entered the store. Justin and Brandon went above and beyond to help me get the right color and finish. I would give them well beyond 5 stars if I could, one of the best customer service experiences I've had. The store is also very clean and organized, I appreciate all who work there.

I online ordered 1 gallon of meadowlark at 6 in the morning. It was in process for hours. I called at 10am for an update. The employee that answered said they had no order although I had a confirmation email, order number, and my credit card was pending the charge. He asked the details and said the paint would be ready when I came in. I sent my daughter to pick up the order curbside. She had to wait 45 minutes between curbside and in the store. Once they located the order they were claiming it was not paid. Although my capital one was showing a charge from Sherwin Williams. I purchased all my exterior and interior paint from here when I moved in. I was getting ready to do the same thing until this experience.
