They close earlier than announced and if you call by phone they don't wait even a minute to close the door in your face. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The store Manager Mr. Garcia assisted me with a situation I experienced. He went above and beyond. He was so professional and accommodating.

I had a terrible experience at the store and the assistant manager named Sony should be fired. I went to that store to get a gallon of paint with a voucher from the builder. He brought the paint out and noticed it didn't say washability on the label. He argued with me in front of another customer and employees by saying that none of their paints they sell says "washability" on the label and will only find them at HD or Lowe's. He had no idea that I bought a paint there a couple of weeks ago that says the word washability on it. I showed him a picture of it and asked him why did he lie, and continue to argue and said he would cancel the transaction but I would have to pay for a washability paint. He refused to exchange the paint and voided the transaction. He has terrible customer service skill and should not be a manager. I will not be going back to store again.

Nick Peltzer, customer service specialist at Sherman Williams in Bayshore BLVD in Port Saint Lucie was amazing!!! I’m an investor and new to the area and he was extremely helpful in providing insight into my paint jobs for two homes. Went above and beyond.

Mike really helped me out. He showed me how to cut out a paint chip from the wall and then matched it perfectly which allowed me to touch up rather than totally repaint. I had made an error on a previous purchase - totally my fault - and mike put my next purchase on the house. Will be going back.

There was one other customer in the store upon my arrival. I was assisted within a few minutes. I wore a face mask. I didn't observe any employee wearing a mask but they could have been vaccinated. There are social distancing markers on the floor. Unfortunately, the item I wanted to purchase wasn't in stock. This requires another visit if I purchase the item from this establishment.

I don't understand, if you state your store will be open till 7PM, I would expect the store to still be open at 6:35PM. SO FRUSTRATED. Unlike most stores, you might want to call prior to taking the time to drive over to this location.
