Disappointed with my recent visit. I spent 80$ to get the “ultimate car wash” package. The last few times I went o usually get this package and it started to go downhill but I figured maybe it’ll change. This time, when I got my car back it was completely greasy to the point where my hands slipped using the steering wheel and I’m sliding around in the seat. My windows were not wiped down on the inside, my center console was not wiped just sprayed with whatever oil they used. I still tipped 10 bucks so for 90$ I was given back a car with half the services I paid for missing.

Great car wash and the outdoor staff are great but once you go inside to pay the older woman who takes the payments is very rude and disrespectful and doesn’t let you say anything and seems always angry at everyone.

Be prepared to wait hours on hours. This place is a joke. Expect to pay high prices for a subpar job.

Would give it 0 stars if I could, the most unprofessional and unorganized car wash in town. Incredibly disrespectful staff, they have no decorum for any kind of problem that arises. I waited over 2 hours INSIDE for my car to be done an hour in and they blamed it on me. WORST and most RUDE car wash in town, save your money because I promise you it’s not worth the service they provide. I’ve gone to this car wash for years so paint me disappointed. They charge up the butt for prices and still expect to be tipped well. Even if they barely look you in the eye. Called the reception for the managers name or number and got hung up on so let that speak for itself, also I got the ultimate paradise whatever and my cars not even fully clean what a waste of money.

My daughter took my car there Saturday October 11th to get it clean and the workers loss my car key and not trying to rectify it had to do a police report because no one claims to know what happened to the key so I had to go to Bev Smith to get a estimate for a new key and I was told it would be $400 to replace it and I’m not letting this go because they loss the key 😡very pissed and they wouldn’t contact the owner for me because they are ones who loss it and they need to pay for it.

Took my wife's explorer to get it cleaned. Granted she gets the discount coupon so it's $18.00. But when I take the car after it took no time at all to hand dry the windshield and side windows still have water on them, the sides look like it has dried on soap on it and in the back around the hatchback still water and a dirty boot print on the threshold. If I had paid full price I would never be going back. We used to go to paradise car wash on us1 and the boulevard they did a far superior job.

I got the ocean breeze, but my car wasn’t fully vacuumed, and there is no fragrance in my car. The outside is gorgeous though and my tires look brand new.

didn't make it past the person who answers the phone. I just wanted to know if the wax or ceramic was best for a 2008 car and was told to pick what I wanted. I asked if there was someone else I could ask and was told no that I would have to come in and choose what I wanted. She didn't have time because there are thousands of choices. Oh well moving on

Spent $40+ on a wash for my truck to look like this. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and go elsewhere.
