I just left the store, it was hard to find help. I approached different employees and asked questions about the products I was looking for and they were very short, continued walking and gave concrete and not helpful answers. In other occasions they were all in the cashiers area talking among themselves, when I asked questions they gave the same short answers without even making eye contact with me. Where is costumer service in this place? What a poor service!! It looks like they have to pay a fee per word they speak and step they make to help a customer. I observed the same type of behavior toward other customers as well. I will not come back to this place, instead I am going to look for an Office Depot instead.

I had a really exceptional transaction at Staples with a tech associate named Cody. He took a great amount of time to listen to my needs, make appropriate recommendations, and ultimately show me how to use my new computer. I am very pleased.

I had an amazing experience at Staples thanks to Jordan! He went above and beyond to help me order a banner celebrating my granddaughter’s 1,000 basketball points. He guided me through the different sizes and designs to make sure it turned out perfect—and it did! He also helped me order a poster, which came out so great that I’ve already framed it.
What really stood out was Jordan’s excellent customer service. He made sure my banner was ready the same day, which was a lifesaver since I needed it quickly. On top of that, he patiently helped me download the Staples app and showed me all its great features, including ways to save money on future purchases.
It’s rare to find such dedicated and helpful employees these days, and Jordan truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Jordan, for your kindness, patience, and outstanding service! Staples is lucky to have you.

Great service from the EasyTech technician/customer service rep. Had the odd size printer I needed in stock. The rep helped me find it, told me about a discount program if I recycled my old printer (which I had with me!), and brought the printer to my car after getting me checked out. Five Star Service!

Horrible Horrible Horrible.
There is reason why this company always looks like a ghost town.
I needed to print and ship. The two girls working there look like zombies and couldn't fix anyone's problems. The printers were all open, and so were the doors for the paper. It looked like someone came and robbed the place. The guy had his money taken, and then they hust told him to try again. I had my packages ready to go and just sitting and waiting. I hate to see if I left my packages here. They would never be picked up by ups. They were helping one lady and acted like there were 20 customers. Then the line actually did start getting bigger because they took 10 yeras to do anything. Everything is pretty much do it yourself, so how is it take that long. This place has worse customer service than wal mart.

I spent a lot of time with Leah in the printing department today and she was amazing!! Every company needs an employee like her. Her patience, dedication to her role and just overall sweet personality is so hard to come by! I really appreciate her and all of her help today. I will recommend her for all of my company’s needs, she’s truly one of a kind!

When I am interested in making purchases for my home office, I almost always go to this local Staples location. The staff are helpful, the selection is good, and the price is competitive. I used to purchase electronics Online but after a couple bad experiences, including shady vendors (sponsored by the Online entity but not willing to resolve misleading and very questionable business practice) I learned my lesson to shop brick and mortar (such as this Staples). I have much better service and issue resolution if needed.
