My hard drive crashed. I brought my computer in and it was DONE the next day. They are reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the customer service. I previously had a laptop upgraded there and same thing. Done in 1 day and the price was far less than getting a new computer. Excellent service!

Stopped into SunGeek this past Wednesday as I thought I had been hacked. Lovely lady went over my laptop and phone and found I'd been scammed. No charge! Definetly would return for anything computer related. Great customer service.

I needed to update my desktop machine to operate the new Adobe Creative Cloud AI software - having used SunGeeks previously (very successfully), I went to them for suggestions. We agreed on an approach and a couple of days later all was done. My computer now operates the software and my workflow efficiency has improved greatly. Thanks!!

Took my 8 year old HP LAPTOP in Feb. 2022. Had many issues after a Microsoft 'update.' Having gone to computer school back in JERSEY, I feel I can make a better judgement of this PC repair facility than most. I couldn't be happier! Had new hard drive and other things upgraded. Thought the price was reasonable. 'Mike' improved my software that he didn't have to do for no extra cost. Still, July, it's perfect! Thanks, again, Mike! I took several business cards and pass them around. (Got to stop back in for more.)

I shopped several locations and got quotes for my computer repair - Sungeek was the cheapest by far. I ended up going back to them and they honored the original quote she gave me. Got my computer back working like new after almost a year of it being out of commission. This is an earnest review, I have no affiliation with company.

Do not waste your money! I told a rate of $55/1/2 hour. The appointment was for 12:30, Mike arrived at 12:37. He said he fixed the 2 things I wanted - connect laptop to printer and connect other computer to internet. He was finished by 11:04 and then charged me $65. I asked why and he said he was here for over 1/2 hr. Sorry but 12:37 to 11:04 is not 1/2hr - it's less. Then to boot, when I went to print, it went to a different printer. I called their office and asked that they send Mike back - she said I could fix the problem myself. I said no, send Mike back or I would cancel the credit card. She hung up on me. Two hours later I left a message. Mike called me back and said he was putting me on the "no service list". He finally relented and helped me do what I paid him to do remotely. What a rip-off!!!

I just went to the store as they wouldn't take my calls. I still have a printer issue that Mike did not repair. I took my computer in just now to see if they would connect the printer to my scan application, as Mike did not set it up. The female started yelling at me to get out, telling me I was on the video camera and I said all I wanted was for Mike to connect the printer. She started screaming at me to get out. I refused and said I wanted it fixed. Then Mike called the police on me to come and get me out of the store. I left. Unbelievable!!!
