Went to cash a check that was endorsed to me via my wife. They decided not to cash it as my wife supposedly “needed to be there to verify it”, I explained that it was already endorsed so she didn’t need to be there. I then asked them to define “endorsement” and explain the need to have an endorsement line on the back of each of their checks anyways if they weren’t going to honor ours? The counter rep and “manager “ were both incredibly rude to me after I simply asked why they wouldn’t cash it with an endorsement and they began condescendingly making up their own definitions of the word endorsement to avoid answering my question correctly and therefore prove my point such as quote “an endorsement means that we need to verify your identity”. This is obviously not the true definition, just a lie.The manager aka “Antony Ali” stated to me “don’t post half truths” after I said I would post on google maps following my experience, insinuating in front of everyone there that I may be dishonest in my review. He doesn’t know who I am so insinuating that that I would do so is an insult that was just uncalled for! If you want to be treated with respect don’t do business at this branch!

I was sitting in the parking lot after withdrawing a substantial amount of money to pay my employees had a woman I'm assuming she's an employee of trust and she told me I was not allowed to park there in, in the parking lot of the bank that I do my banking, now mind you I'm in a white van with limo tint am I the only one that thinks she's putting herself at risk trying to be the truest police by knocking on strange windows in the parking lot it was just rude andunIprofessional

My Mom has had this account for a long time ,she passed away last week so the social security ck that she gets was deposited and social sec withdrew it right away so i had a couple of checks returned ,so i asked them if they would return the fee of 36, dollars and they said they can't because it is within 2 years ,i was trying to open a estate ck account for my Mom.and they told me i should have done it a different way where she says she tells all her customers.But i didn't do this and it was a problem ,so i went to TD bank and they where way more compassionet so i went there!

I have a car loan through Truist; my son totaled the car prior to the first payment even being due. Progressive has been repeatedly trying to contact the Total Loss Department and gets met with voicemail and no call back. I tried today, and the computer hung up on me. My second call I was met with the same voicemail. They had better not try to screw with my credit or make me pay when they won't even return an insurance company call who wants to give them money! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
