THE HARD TRUTH.
We absolutely love the layout of our Synergy home, especially the Winston model, which we chose about three years ago. The design itself is fantastic, but unfortunately, our overall experience with the company has been far from satisfactory.
The quality of craftsmanship left much to be desired. The painting was particularly poor: the painter sprayed over mud dauber nests, left visible runs, and missed areas that needed repainting. The finish work was subpar, and when we raised concerns, the superintendent’s response was dismissive—telling us, “It is what it is, just fill it with caulk.” Additionally, some of the trim was chipped and broken upon installation.
Our water main was installed on the opposite side of the house from the water system, which led to poor water pressure throughout the home. When it came to our “upgraded” LVP flooring, we ran into even more issues. The floors began buckling and failing shortly after installation. We tried reaching out to Synergy for help and they wanted nothing to do with it. They only returned my call because a friend reached out to them. They simply passed us off to the installer. Unfortunately, the installer was unresponsive and is a no show. He did informed us that Synergy no longer offers LVP due to ongoing issues they had with them.
In terms of punch-out items, it took endless requests and over a year to get some of them completed. At every turn, we felt like we were ignored or pushed aside once Synergy had received payment. My advice to anyone considering building with Synergy is to have a lawyer review the contract carefully. I’d also recommend including a provision to withhold 15-20% of the payment until all work is completed to your satisfaction. After they receive their full payment, it seems like they have little incentive to follow through on their promises. Listed are just a FEW of the issues we had with them.
Unfortunately, we’re not alone in this experience—several people I know have faced similar issues with Synergy. I hope sharing this helps others avoid the same frustrations and headaches we’ve endured.

First I would like to say my sales rep Mayra was awesome this house was sold to me because of her and I appreciate her. However I'm having issues as it pertains to the builder or the person representing the builder. In our initial walk through we notice that there were footprints cemented in the driveway way and stain patio. My husband and I made sure we addressed our concern and we promised by Sean it would have been taking care of prior to moving in, ok cool. After moving in it was still not addressed so I sent an email to Zee (our builder contact person) with a list of things that needed to be corrected back in March 2023 (we closed December 2022). It took awhile to be done and repetitive email sending. However our driveway was still not addressed until July 2023 which was partially completed because the back patio is stained in addition to the front patio and the only thing that was done is removing the footprints and let me tell you it was a nightmare! First we did not receive a call that the worker was on his way or scheduled to come by that day. I happened to hear noise outside and I asked if he was sent by the builder and he stated yes. Anways the prints were gone ok perfect. However the remaining patio areas had stain and he told me I had to reach back out to the builders because they only told him about the prints in th drive way. When the worker left a friend stopped by and he told me a large amount of cement is outside of my drive way. I went out there and I was shocked because initially I didn't notice I guess because the work truck was blocking it. In addition my husband notice the lights on the sides of the drive way were damaged by the pressure of the water or whatever equipment the worker used. I reached out back to Zee, the builder contact person, and I told her my lights were damaged and cement was left out by the driveway and the other patio area that needed to be corrected. Remind you the worker had to use my water, running up my water bill for something that should have been taken care of before we moved in. I told her I needed to be reimburse for my lights and she is yet to address that (keep ignoring me). I also mentioned I needed information to speak with a supervisor and I was denied that as well, hence, why I'm doing a Google review maybe someone will care to contact me now. Anyways I notice the cement is gone I'm not sure if it was due to rain or someone came out and did it, again no communication if that's the case. She did responded about sending out someone to take care of the stain patio area but still nothing as it pertains to my lights. I'm so disappointed with Synergy you don't treat your customer that way because majority of the time word of mouth makes your house get sold. My bestfriend purchased her home through Synergy and thats how I ended up purchasing as well and let me tell you we have regrets. In the attached photos you can see the cracks in the lights and water.
Post update: I was reimbursed for the lights that were damaged in the driveway.

When we started the process of looking for our forever home we were impressed with Synergy Homes Construction and their reputation over the other builders. Throughout the construction we were provided with progress pictures from beginning to end. When we had concerns or questions Mayra and Karen at the model home were always patient, energetic and knowledgeable every step of the way. Today we are proud owners of a beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier. Mayra Simo is very professional and was always available to answer our questions, text and emails on short notice. She is an expert in her field and a delightful person with integrity and a great sense of humor. We highly recommend her and Synergy homes for your RealEstate endeavors.Service: Home building

I have to tell you that this company doesn't care about any pre existing homes when they build because they put up a house that is over 6 foot above the road and even promised when I asked them about drainage and was told that there would not be any issues with my property that much lower than what they built and on top of that they are having problems with the septic system as well and it has been going on since the build so of you want to get screwed over by a builder go with synergy homes my

Needed information, and the lady got it for me, but with excuses. Tried to shake her hand and was short coming. Never felt so unwelcome. Get better customer service. I have met greater realtors in the past.

We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Glenda Dehye, Sales rep. and Ryan Laurain in Port St. Lucie. From the start, Glenda was very professional and honest; she took the time to explain each step since this was our first construction project. Glenda was always available for follow up questions throughout the entire process as well as the transition after construction was completed. Glenda remained patient and kind.We met Ryan at the final walkthrough and right away he was open to questions and willing to listen to our list of observations that he wrote down. Ryan maintained a professional demeanor and made sure all of the minor corrections were addressed before closing date. After closing, Glenda and Ryan stayed in touch to ensure we were happy with the outcome. These individuals were a delight to work with and I highly recommend them.We are extremely happy with our new home and had a great experience with Synergy Homes.Service: Home building

Closed March 2023 and had a great experience building with them. I'm a picky s.o.b and they addressed every concern I had. Mark everything you see during your walk through, they WILL fix it all. Been living in our home for 2 weeks now and the 2 issues we've had, they're been on top of fixing for us. My only advice is to opt to pay more to use paint that's not flat. I didn't know that was what was being used but I also didn't ask.. I have kids and flat paint chips and shows marks easily. Was the house perfect? no. We were on a time crunch to close so there were little things that needed to be touched up and or fixed but as long as you tell Dan during the walk through, he'll get it worked out. All in all I love my synergy home and I would definitely build with them again. If my review changes at all I'll be sure to update my opinion.
