Customer service is horrible from the store and T-Mobile itself. The store added $60 a month to my bill without our approval and now they are both telling me there's nothing they can do and I would be better off to switch to another provider to get a better rate. The service isn't that great anyway so that's what I will be doing.

Hi everyone, I came into this t-mobile to upgrade my current iPhone 12pro max to the iPhone 15 plus and let me tell you, the employee Dollo made this experience so smooth and comfortable ! I had various questions through the process and he was knowledgeable and efficient every step of the way. It was obvious he went out of his way to really guide me properly and get me the best deal I could possibly have and even just handling whatever needed to be done. People kept flowing in as we completed our lengthy objective and this man kept a calm demeanor and multi tasked liked a pro. Thank you so very much Dollo, your service was exceptional !

Expect to wait at least 30 mins to get any help, also no signal or internet strength at the store, you would expect otherwise from a T Mobile store.

Customer service sucked..since when can a Tmobile refuse to print out my bill in store that’s pathetic! Than she said there was a line that was supposed to be free that I’m paying $40 a month for who knows how long and rep goes well your gonna have to call 611 call service for that..coming from someone that used to work for Tmobile 4 yrs ago, I know what they do and don’t do and as far as I see that store is as lazy as it gets and all they care about is their commission check and not the customer who’s stuff they screwed up! I have a business account and don’t have 5 hours to deal with a problem that isn’t even my fault! Also anyone reading this make sure you don’t have anything added to your accounts that you didn’t add. The reps commit fraud adding stuff to accounts that they didn't inform the customer about just to beef up their commission checks..I have a line added on my account that no one can give me an answer of where it came from and they are charging me $40 just for that line alone..beyond done with this company
