My cousin left a review here and she was very cute about it but in reality it was horrible we texted Brianna early June about a hairstyle a simple bob cut for my birthday in July we texted her no reply at all so we called the salon her mother picked up said yes to the hairstyle she can do it that’s ok …fine paid my deposit hair was set an out the way two days before my birthday the day of my appointment she texted me if I can come an hour later when I was already on my way like these stylist are quick to charge a late fee but they aren’t punctual 1 , 2 . She told me she could not do hair style and she would reach out to someone for me and see if they could do I was so bummed to hear that but I was hopeful I said I would really appreciate it considering that’s a litterally my birthday hair do I had no other back up when I already had a confirmed appointment this girl did not say a word back to me and left me high and dry 2 days for my birthday I literally kept a whole birthday party spent a ton of money with my hair not done because these people are so poor with communicating like you guys charge a arm and a leg for a quick install services like hire a proper receptionist and someone to answer the phone not your mom who says yes then the day of I’m told you can’t do it extremely unprofessional!! Ladies learn how to do your own hair or find a stylist that appreciates and communicate w their customers these girls are just wanting big money with very low customer service it pains me to write this considering I have been a customer in the past and she was cool but you made my bday horrible this is not to be mean this is my honest review with grow comes more responsibility that 1 person can’t answer spend money and hire people stop being cheap to your customers and pay for proper communication !

Not happy at all with my weave sew in, my tracks are showen in the front when it was sections with a big lump, and I have a wedding to go to in 6 days I really don't know what to do, I don't wanna pay another $150 to re-do I hate to take it out but I really don't want wear my hear with the tracks showen. And I specifically told Carmellie that I will put my hair up and need the tracks to be covered.Service: Hair extensions

I was prepared to experiment with a few stylists before finding the right fit, but I was blessed to find Miss Camelie on the first try. She was prompt, personable, and pampering. My first visit to salon today. My stylist was Ms. Camille. She was great! Very professional & truly takes the time to understand the style & look I was going for. I got a crochet style and it turned out beautiful! You cannot even tell it’s crochet which is a plus. It was also very convenient to purchase the crochet hair directly from her. I took my 12 year old daughter here. She wanted a change. A style easy to manage. Her hair now looks absolutely beautiful! So easy to manage she can do it herself even. Camelie took us in next day after I called. I explained & showed pics of what my daughter had in mind. Camelie was so understanding & so pleasant. She was so helpful in my daughters decision for the style. I believe I have found the absolute best hair stylist! Finally! I have been to places before where they take one look at my daughter hair & say oh no we can’t do anything with her hair. Well not here , Camelie made her hair so beautiful! The best part is my daughter loves her hair now ! My son 37 yrs old saw it & said wow - how did she do that lol. I will never go anywhere else ! Ty so much for making my daughter’s hair so beautiful & we will definitely be back! I will never go anywhere else as long as this salon is here !!! Five Stars ⭐️ ????. The price ! Today I went to get a wash, color & press. I AM IN LOVE !! New locked in customer !! Carmelie & her staff were respectful, kind, on time, omg I felt right at home! Don’t hesitate, book this location! Your hair will come out absolutely beautiful !!Disclaimer: I am a paying customer & this is my true & genuine review /experience. Went here today for the first time. Appointment 11am I was in the chair at 11am. Small intimate and clean. I got a sew-in My stylist Mrs.Camelie, was so nice and fast! I was done by 1:30. Pretty sure she'll get tired of me because she has a customer for life! Book her you won't be disappointed!

Breona is very good professional what she does I will recommend anyone to her. I won't let anyone else do me and my daughter's hair she's very very good what she does.
