Came in with coolant leak. Suggested I change the water pump. I let them know that I had just had the water pump changed and if they could check the rest of the system to make sure there wasn't a leak elsewhere. The lower radiator hose and pump had recently been changed. They guaranteed me that it was the water pump. So I came back for the 300$ service after just paying roughly 900 for engine service. (Even acknowledged that the one they took off was brand new) Here we are not even a week later and it's leaking again. My car almost ran hot. Luckily I smelled it and saw the smoke. Going back in to get it looked at. Will post an update. Current status: out the initial work I paid another mechanic for the part and pump, out the 300$ I paid them, still with a leak in my coolant system.Update: Had me sit all day long on June 25th while the mechanic "checked the system" . Turned me away saying it was an engine problem. Other shop (Tire Kingdom in Stuart) found and fixed my problem (improperly installed radiator cap) within 5 minutes. The car has been running fine for the past 6 months. Do not go here. They will try and will take advantage of you (especially single women). Very poor customer service. It's about money and commission and not fixing your vehicle for them. Especially if you have an older model car, regardless of condition they will blame the age of the car and not poor mechanic skills/knowledge.

2nd time being here, staff are all douche bags and think they are better than you. Also, check your receipts when you leave

My husband & I went there recently to purchase tires. After being there almost 2 hours, we paid and left. As we're driving away, about a block in, we hear this horrible noise. We drive back to the tire store to learn a young mechanic left 2 lugnuts loose. With the help of the Assistant Manager, we were able to retrieve both lugnuts (one in the middle of heavily trafficked St. Lucie West Boulevard). After another hour of waiting, we received many, many apologies, which we appreciated, but an offer of a discount for endangering our lives would have gone a long way in the form of a better apology!!

The team there was great. They did it all in a timely manner, which I realize isn’t always possible due to the customers before myself. They explained everything & they weren’t pushy when I explained that I would have to wait for the other necessary repairs. Bonus? The tires were on sale. I’ll definitely be back. I think one of the most aggravating things, as a woman, is being spoken down to like we don’t know cars. I don’t know everything, but I do know enough and I appreciate the fact they spoke to me in a respectful manner.

Ordered tires online made appointment didn't have when I got there second time . Then sold me other tires never put valve caps on .Go to leave TPS sensors all show not enough air / then all tires not in correct location on car so wasn't reading correctly. Drove back said for another 50 they can fix it just spent 1100 . They put wrong location and I am to pay for there mistakes . Calling cc company to hold payment never againThe manager called me to come back and he would resolve issues . Being told a sensor is bad . The manager ordered and replaced the sensor and explained how they work . The manager did a great job communicating .the manager in the shop not so much he needs training . This shouldn't have taken 3 visits and 5 hours of my time but it's done.

Have estimates for repairs that they never viewed like my breaks. Never looked at my brakes. How can you tell a customer they need brakes. Is this what is called a scam or fraud, you tell me. Went in for an oil change which was a ridiculously high cost and gave me paper work that said I needed to spend over $1000.00 for bogus repairs. Thanks for asking for my experience. Never ever will I ever go there again .

Had a appointment for a standard oil change and 1 headlight to be replaced. Was there for over 2 hours. The guy Steve that works there is the most unfriendly arrogant person unlike everyone else there who is very kind and sweet. They did a polarized oil change which I did not authorize and the manager was very kind and just charged me for a standard oil change. Been going there for years and will continue. Just not a good experience this time and someone needs to have chat with Steve about customer service.

I've been a repeat customer for more than 10 years, having had several vehicles serviced at the SLW location. Craig, his technicians Jeff and Andre, his customer service rep John, and others that are no longer there, have consistantly delivered excellent service. The work on my vehicles has always been completed as proposed and in a timely manner while maintaining an open line of communication regarding any variances. Craig and his staff have always been honest, friendly, courteous and respectful, and I feel that they treat my vehicles as if they were their own.

I have been doing business with this business for last 12-15 years after getting terrible service from their businesses competitor Tire Kingdom next door. All these years they were fair, honest and had good customer service. It is as bad as their competitor now if not worst. I got 2 new tires replaced and alignment done and beside prior appointment had to wait for 2.5 hours to get the tires replaced. By the time I reached home passenger side tire was leaking air at the valve stem. They didn’t change the valve stems and while installing tires damaged the valve stem and air was leaking and no one heard it while installing the tire or while doing alignment. As soon as I parked the car in garage, I could hear the hissing sound and found leaking valve. Went back and was told they don’t change valve stems anymore and I have to pay $12 for new valve stem and wait for another 1-1 1/2 hour to fix the problem. Never heard that they don’t change the valve stem when putting new tires and new valve stem cost $12. I am never going to go back to this business because they are not same and want to sell you all other services charging outrageous prices and than you don’t know what kind of job they will do. If they can’t do the tires right, which is their primary business what you expect from them doing mechanical work. Check other tire places before going to Tire Plus and if you must go because you have no choice”GOOD LUCK “because I will never do business with them again.

I experienced unprofessional behavior from the front desk attendant, witnessing them being rude to a customer seeking assistance. This unacceptable conduct prompted me to leave. I strongly urge management to address this issue promptly to ensure a respectful and customer-friendly environment, incident happened around 11:45 AM 12/17/23.

I wish I had paid more attention to all of the negative reviews. If you like to be lied to with a smile and your time and money means nothing then this is your place. Good luck.
