The tall, thin, American, short, light-haired white lady who works in the fitting room has a very bad character and a very bad way of talking to customers. When I went to try on 3 pairs of pants, I found her huffing and puffing, annoyed, and nodding her head from side to side, hanging and fixing a piece that an older lady had just given her. It was very unpleasant since we automatically think that any other person would feel the same way! When it was my turn, I wanted to take my 3 pairs of pants inside. She gave me card 3. When I went to enter the locker, I decided to take some tennis shoes inside to match them with my pants and check how they looked. I hadn't tried them on before, so I thought, "Well, I'll do it now," and the lady stopped me in such a bad way that I even felt ashamed. She spoke to me as if I were a child... where are you going with the shoes?" she said contemptuously. I only told her that I wanted to try them on with my pants... and she told me that I couldn't, but in such a rude way that I honestly couldn't think about going in and buying! I didn't know it wasn't possible, but I didn't think it could be that serious either! They were huge tennis shoes, my bag barely fit my cell phone and my wallet. I can't imagine how someone could commit fraud with shoes or even in this situation! I always think that the rules must be followed but on both sides: customers and workers * and above all knowing how to say things * There is nothing more unpleasant than finding a person bitter about their job or what they do and reflecting it on customers! I have believed that a professional must be trained and competent to speak to the public but unfortunately quantity affects quality! My annoyance is only because of the unpleasant worker I found there in the fitting rooms and her terrible way of addressing people, not because of the shoes because in the end trying them on later in the shoe area becomes easy! I don't disagree! Maybe one day she will be aware of treating people as she would like to be treated, or maybe receive complete training and instruction from the establishment on how to work with the public! It is obvious from the repeated reviews (which I had never read until now) about the staff treatment that this place has problems with that, if they would not allow it and really work on this it would not happen so often! It is as if it were a pattern! TJ Max you should work on that!! And realize that there is a pattern that is repeated! Neither because of your clothes nor because of your prices, the stay there becomes “TOTALLY” unpleasant. Really disappointing, I have loved this place for years… until now!

store was great but the teenage girls, one of them had curly hair, was pointing and giggling at me with her coworker, this made me very uncomfortable and i won’t be returning 😕
