The person at the desk never said hello just looked up from his computer until I said my name and I had an appointment. Didn't put air in my tire like I asked. Never said thank you when I paid him For the oil change. Didn't tell me where my vehicle was when finished I had to walk around to find it.

Worst service. Imagine you have a flat tire and you can't book an appointment in a week. I think services like tire repair needs to be performed same day.

Dan and Josh are amazing. They are helpful in stressful situations. They have also had equal or lower prices than the competitors with tires and repairs. I have been going to Total Tire since 2014 and my mom since 2017. Women, no need to worry about being taken advantage of with Dan and Josh. I would never go anywhere else.

Did not want to leave a review like this but have to be honest. Recently my rear drivers side tire light warning came on alerting me to a flat tire. Bought two tires off of Amazon and proceeded to bring them to this place. All four wheels on my 2014 Kia Optima EX have tire pressure sensors (TPS), I removed my rear two wheels and brought them in to have the new tires mounted and balanced. Dropped them off three hours later I return to pick up my two wheels and im informed that one of the two wheels I dropped off is conveniently missing the 60 dollar TPS sensor. Interestingly enough before I brought my wheels in the night before I pumped the flat tire up and the light went off. Anyways they went ahead and mounted and balanced my new tires and wheels without offering or telling me about the "Missing Tire pressure sensor". I asked Josh at the front desk is it possible your tech broke the sensor and is just worried about informing you? He says no he stocks this item and his techs tell him everything. Either way I am a certified Honda PACT technician and I have been in the Automotive industry for 20+ years. I know how shops operate. My tire light is now on 24/7 and I have to pay for a sensor out of my own pocket! Don't risk it take it to a real shop!! Joke

I had a nail in my tire and because it had insurance on my tire the said they couldn't squeeze me in for 5 days. if your looking for good service go to Tire Choice on Bayshore. Carmelo took In immediately and fixed my tire. Total Tire has lost my business for good.

Josh and the crew are great. They have been taking care of all of our cars for years. They always do their best to help and don't make you feel preasured or embarrassed if you simply just don't know what is up with your vehicle for lack of better words.

Such a positive, honest experience. I brought my Jaguar SUV to have my rear brakes checked because Jaguar told me I needed new ones. The owner Dan had me in and out and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this place

Worse experience everOne of their mechanics installed break pads on my Chevy Espress Van without cutting the rotors, I had to get new ones now. In the over all the customer service is ok, but when I tried to get an explanation of why was my breaks were failing again they just told me "They do not guarante any job done If you bring your parts"
