From the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked it back up this shops owner and son were diligent and helpful. After my car was wrecked, my mom recommended me to Triple C so I had a brief call with the owner and drove my car over for a quote on the damage. He kept it real with me on the cost of what it’d take to fix it because it would be too much coming out of pocket. The damages on my car were so bad that I couldn’t even drive it back home without it overheating so I kept it at his shop overnight until I could find a way to tow it. Somehow throughout the entire assessment process with my insurance company, my car stayed on his lot for 3 MONTHS, yet he never once charged me any storage fees out of kindness. My insurance was adamant on declaring my vehicle a total loss after its evaluation but still he fought for getting it fixed. They declared it a loss anyways but by the grace of God, the owner managed to convince them later to throw that out and pay to repair my car. Their repair time was impeccable and the work even more so. I felt like I picked up my car brand new off the auto mall lot again. They did an amazing job fixing her back up!! I wish I could attach the videos to show the before and after but the pictures will speak for themselves. Give this shop a chance. The owner actually cares about the customers and they will take good care of you.

Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this one. These guys did a great job on my car — quick, honest, and they actually explained what was going on in a way I could understand. No pressure, no upselling, just solid work. You can tell they care about what they do. I’m super happy with how everything turned out, and I’ll definitely be sending people their way. Highly recommend!

I was an accident last Friday and I needed someone to repair my left side mirror for me Carlton And Chris took good care of me. They gave me a price and let me know when the part was in and I was in and out within a half hour tops. These guys are amazing. I highly recommend them and they have a new customer for life. Wow, so impressed with this company! They fixed my vehicle right on the spot and explained to me the damage and what they did to fix it. I would 100% recommend Triple C to anyone I know. Excellent customer service, Carlton was so friendly and personable. This is the place if you need work done on your vehicle!

I will recommend everyone in the world to this shop. My service with them not even done yet I already satisfied 100% the owner of this shop is an honest Christian person he always finds a way to help even if it's going to cost him thousands of dollars it's okay with him. I had the worst experience with this location, try to rip me off, estimation was ten times more than others , they refused to give me written or email estimates for that reason, very bad business.

I was on the verge of tears from the immense joy I felt from sitting into my freshly cleaned and fixed car! I was in an accident that left my car mobile but shameful. I was so happy to see it after it's repairs looking even better than when I first bought it! I am very lucky to have met these two gentlemen and experience such wonderful service! I highly recommend!

Carlton and his son Chris were amazing !! They fixed my car after being in an accident and did a great job.. Not only do they do amazing body work at a very affordable and timely matter they also were very genuine and caring. Definitely recommend they guys for any auto body work ..

Great job is an understatement. The guy Carlton is a wizard at repairing automobiles. This guy and his son do it all from A to Z. It's a one-stop car shop, the car does not have to go anywhere else, because this man can do anything pertaining to car repair engine repair, and painting just to name a few. He even does alignments. I was so happy when I saw how he had put my Suv back together. You never would believe it had been in an accident.l would recommend Triple C Auto Repair to everyone and anyone who needs their car repaired. Take my word and you too will become a believer. Fixed my 2019 Super Bee in a very expedient amount of time. It got hit in a parking lot while I was in the store, so I had no idea who did it. Carlton and Chris were kind, courteous, and professional. Looks great. Did not skimp. Extremely transparent with all the receipts and processes. My wife's truck got hit in a Home Depot parking lot, and of course, no one stuck around then either. I will be taking it to Triple C as well.

Found these guys online and took a chance. I went in with a new primered trunk lid and spoiler. They painted them both to color match the car. They did a great job. We ran into small problems with paint but it worked out quickly. The guys are friendly and professional. Overall I enjoyed the experience.
