On today upon entering the store I was not greeted by any of the sales associates and it appeared that it was a sheer inconvenience to be assisted in making copies of my documents. Even at the end of the purchase transaction I was handed the receipt in silence , wasn’t thanked for my business, not given the courtesy of choice of how I wanted the one stamp I purchased to be given to me as the associate literally took it out of the book and handed it to me without the covering of the sticky side. If I need copies in the future and or a stamp I will think twice before considering to return. Good customer service still matters, greeting the customer when entering the store holds great value and not taking customers for granted goes a long way.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vicky, who was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line. She slammed my package down and told me to “shut up” simply because I stood up for myself. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over five years, but I will not be returning after this unacceptable treatment.
I am requesting a call from a manager and will also be contacting Amazon to file a formal complaint. It is unacceptable to enforce inconsistent or made-up policies based on the appearance or background of the customer. If this review reaches a district manager, I urge you to review the security footage and take appropriate action. Respect and fairness should not be optional.
My response to the sad incident: Your staff may not remember the situation as I experienced it—because it’s their job to protect their own and preserve appearances. That doesn’t change what happened. I will be taking my business elsewhere and continue to stand by the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of who they are. I also see why your staff feels like they can treat people like junk and get away with it. I also bet you didn't even look at the video recording to see if it matched what they said.

One of the best stores with some of the most professional and welcoming staff, I enjoyed my little time there, I rather buy gas and drive the extra distance than go anywhere else, the staff was exceptional I tell you
