This UPS Store is great! All the staff are super nice and friendly, always welcoming and helpful. Even when there’s a line, they keep things moving fast. I really appreciate that they’re open 7 days a week, it makes it so easy to stop by when it works for me. Always a smooth and pleasant experience!

I arrived at 2:55pm and am told the Notary is “not there”. But she was there in the back getting ready to leave!
The lady said she is there “until 3pm”. Horrible service

While the employees are pleasant, this location seems to be severely understaffed.
It doesn’t help when employees from a neighboring business, have also heard the negative feedback from your customers.

I needed some help with wrapping up my mattress topper for donation and a very nice person names Jan helped me do everything which included wrapping and bringing to my car at no chat. I have a broken neck and a slow gated walk and difficulty talking so he was immensely helpful and empathetic which more people in this world should be. Thank you, Jan

I had to send two separate packages back to Amazon (does that surprise you). I inadvertently printed the same QR code twice. Chandler, who happened to be working that day (lucky me), went above and beyond to go back into my Amazon account and found the correct item and QR code and resolved the issue.
Thank you Chandler for your time, patience and great customer service.

What a joke! The line is just about outside the door, where are your workers?! Some of us want to drop off an Amazon return, but ONE person doing all of that on her own and more??? Wake up UPS.
