OMG, they're so EXPENSIVE. I didn't know I was right around the corner from United States Postal store. Dummy me...I sent 2 birthday presents at two separate times and it was a big envelope sealed and ready, not heavy to go 5 miles away. It was late,over a week and each time cost $20.Don't learn the hard way, like me. Find your neighborhood Post Office. I could have saved $30.

Efficient, organized well trained employees who know what they’re doing help to tick off the difficult task of moving goods from here to there. Leaving the store you walk on air knowing your package will be taken care of. And, they do their job with a kind attitude, often adding an extra perk like “allow me to recycle that old box for you.”Thank you, UPS for the reliable service.

Not convenient hours in weekend, horrible place to park. The staff is pleasant, bit definitely need attention to schedule staff and extade hours on Weekends, at least until 5pm.

I would like to take the time and THANK the incredibly professional hardworking friendly staff at this UPS Store! The customer service is just always impeccable. It doesn’t matter what day or time , I go into that store they are always busy. Whats so impressive about them is they all just work so smoothly and beautifully together like a team would. They always greet you with a smile and jump right in to help you and if their busy they acknowledge you, welcome you and let you know they will be right with you. That kind of service is just so few today, especially with the entire store of employees on the same page like they are. It blows me away. I normally would just avoid going to go stand in line to go mail packages for special occasions to all my friends, family in other states and returns. I would rather buy gift cards and put them in my mailbox or probably never return anything. Ya’ll make it simple and painless. Im always sending packages out to someone. I know it can happen but I do appreciate that not once have, I ever had any problems with packages arriving to their destination. I’ve been coming to this store for a few years now. I enjoy seeing your smiles and appreciate the fantastic customer service with your friendly attitude. This store is my go to for all my packages going etc. Charlene, Heidi, Jeremiah , and every single one of the employees are just a wonder bunch. I wished I could name them all so forgive me to the rest of you. I’m horrible with names at times. Please just know I think you all are just amazing beautiful people and I appreciate your incredibly awesome customer service! Y’all are my go to people. I love going to this store. The staff are always so helpful and enthusiastic about making sure I get my packages sent to right locations. And They make sure it's done in timely manner.

Brought in an Amazon return. The guy doing these was super chatty with the girl ahead of me and when it was my turn I greeted him and he said nothing, I gave him the item and displayed my phone screen to scan the code, he audibly sighed and scanned it. Tossed the item into the bin, ripped my reciept off and handed it to me. I told him to have a good day and he said nothing. Customer service is lacking at this location. (There was no one in line behind me, so he wasn't in a rush to help anyone else)
