Manager unqualified to run this store. Had one fraudster who tried to blame UPS for missing package. Now punishing Tradition and Riverland for one mistake. Need a new Manager. Hurry.

The woman at the store was so nasty to the person in front of me and to me too. If you can't work with the public get another job! Went first thing in the morning so there was no crowds.

Every time I arrive it is a Pleasent experience. Even if the line is a little long it moves very fast. The employee's are Amazing and very friendly.

This UPS is the absolute WORST!!!! The way it’s managed, the super small space, the 200 people in a line that never moves, not enough staff I mean the list goes on. Won’t bore anyone with the details but if you can avoid this location, AVOID IT!

The UPS store in tradition is extraordinary due to the renovation.They are still trying to help the community with limits I needed something that needed to go next day air and Wanda the manager with the staff was able to help me with a next day air package Thank you so much with everything you do for us during this rough time . Can’t wait to see the New Look . Once again thank you for everything

I came by yesterday and saw they’re renovating the store, I was surprised that during the renovation they’re still assisting people with shipping and Amazon, that’s amazing! The store is coming together very nicely, can’t wait to see the new look once it’s completed

Because as an eBay, Mercari, Etsy seller for 23 years I trust your company to take care of my deliveries and get them to the buyer on time and undamaged every time. I deplore USPS. They break everything and are usually late and lately they have not been scanning or tracking shipments. I can rely on you and trust you to do the right thing.

THE UPS STORE#5525 ON VILLAGE CENTER DRIVE IS AN EXCELLENT STORE FOR STAMPS NOTARY RETURNING AND MAILING OUT PACKAGES. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT. WILL HELP YOU IN ANY WAY THAT THEY CAN I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY 5 STAR REVIEW.
