Today I visited the office as usual to deliver a package. Our business used the delivery service regularly. The lady identified as the manager was so rude and unprofessional when asked about the charges for package delivery. Moreover said that she did not establish the prices and invited me to use a another store. Will be better to use another delivery service company and just use UPS for Amazon returns.

The worker lady fooled my old father as he dropped my amazon package for return. He didn’t understand to ask for a receipt, so the package was never actually scanned and never left anywhere. She stole it.

I would give this store a zero but that is not an option. Before the New Year, I was informed by the sender of my package that my item was delivered at this store on December 28th at 10:42AM and would be housed there until January 4th. Since it was a medical item, I was eager to pick it up. On January 2nd, I went in with my delivery information on my cell phone and showed the agent at the counter. She dismissed my visit and said they didn't have it without even looking it up. She saw the date January 4th and said it would be delivered on that date which was actually the return date. I left the store and did some research. After calling UPS' main office, they confirmed it was delivered at this check point location on December 28th and I should be able to pick it up. I went back into the building to let them know once more that it was actually there. I was again dismissed without the agent investigating the issue or even going back and looking for my package. This problem is not unique to this store. I have noticed that this one particular agent working in this store is extremely rude to everyone as if she hates her job.

This worker name anastasia is very very disrespectful with customer ,because after i did my line she call over the customer behind me,all because she knows her and then she even went to the back to bring her cookies then rings her up for 2 packaging tape while i was waiting on line like an idiot and i was before her , very unprofessional, and another lady i think that her name was shannon have to come to help me ! I hope corporate can see this review

Arrived at the store and realized our return needed to be packaged and Anastasia was so patient and helpful and tried everything in her power to help us! Her customer service skills were great and she was super friendly!

This location is always extremely busy. You can tell they really do try their best. Tradition is filled with a lot of entitled people that can not stand to wait and be respectful to workers in the area.

"I recently visited this UPS store and was shocked by their limited capacity. The sign stated they could only have three people inside, even in the intense South Florida sun. I suggested a more efficient line control method to handle more customers, but the staff dismissed my idea as if I were an alien. It's disappointing when your genuine concerns are met with such an attitude. I hope they can improve their approach and be more receptive to customer feedback."

I am visiting. I needed fax help. Those two girls were very helpful and attentive to what I needed done. All of this was communicated over the phone… when I arrived at the store, it was a pleasant experience and I was so pleased with the staff.Well I had the pleasure to do business with this location again.I do read and follow the reviews. I find it hard to believe some of the reviews about this place!I have witnessed nothing but professionalism from all employees and I have been here more than once during shifts.Anyone working from afar, this is your go to location.

Wanda, the franchise owner was who my husband and I had the displeasure of working with. Her ability to empathize or convey information is extremely off putting for someone who is working with people regularly. Maybe I caught her on an off day or maybe that’s the way she always is, however as someone in customer service, I would never speak to a guest that way.We walked in with several packages to return to Amazon, we were not greeted/welcomed and after she picked up on my frustration at the situation, she took it personally instead of harnessing customer service skills, verbally stating something about “my little attitude” and she is just stating what the label says over a boxing concern with a few of the items I brought in to return. The rest of my items were scan codes no label or box needed.

Our package ended up in Hodgkins Illinois on Delay? This store told us that there was nothing they can do. So we went to another UPS store that actually assisted us in filling out a claim. We need answers on the Hodgkins Illinois situation… and a customer service!
