The service is good in person. They’re really hard to get on the phone because they’re always busy.
The hours on their door are incorrect. They open 30 minutes later than what the door states which is pretty sad because they should be able to print their own sign.

Just came in to do an Amazon return like I’ve been doing for years at UPS stores. The woman at the counter was one of the nastiest workers I’ve ever met and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never return to this store.

The owner and staff at the Prima Vista Crossing store are professional and provide quality service. Heidi went over and beyond when I tripped in the parking lot by accident. She took me in the back and bandaged my scrapes. Thank you sooo much❤️

The young team that was working the store all greeted me as I walked through the door the young lady who took care of me she had a smile she was very personable she was very professional she knew exactly what I wanted she did it no problem if she asked me if there was anything else that she could do for me and she took care of all my needs for that
