The management at this store has a secret that needs to be shared with every business in the country. There is a culture in this store that is unparalleled anywhere; the level of customer service provided with the greatest attitude regardless of the employee at the counter. They ALL share the utmost in caring, knowledge and professionalism with a very helpful smile. If it was one or two employees, it would be an individual characteristic. This applies to every single person working in this establishment which indicates it's a management process that's responsible and that is quite impressive in today's workforce where customer service seems to be declining globally. Extremely nice and helpful staff. From helping me with Amazon returns, to printing and notarizing docs, they make it easy on the customer. Great job! Definitely better experience here every time compared to their competitor (begins with the letter ‘F’ and ends in ‘x’).
