I can see why they have negative reviews. It's a busy office, and some employees can't handle their frustration. It's hard to work under pressure, but it takes a lot of patience to provide customer service. Take a deep breath and don't be rude! That's all!

Why are you keep hiring customers service that don’t treat people with respect or even nice. I drove over today and there was a young guy and a lady. The man was nice and attentive. But the lady was bitter and rude, it looks like her live is miserable for some reason and wants everybody to feel the same way. I mean is so easy to answer the questions and help people and DO YoUR JOB the correct way because if you are there for customer service you are supposed to treat people the right way.

First of all, I love the staff at this post office. They are amazing and very knowledgeable. They definitely need more staff though. The lines are ridiculous sometimes. My problem is the internet situation at this post office. We are on day 5 of the post office being closed. They claim they have no internet. How can a federal service be out of internet?!?! This has happened probably 3 or 4 times in the last year. It makes no sense!! Every time it happens, they are closed for at least 4 or 5 days. For the love of God, fix the internet!!!

Too many times I didn't get envelopes that had money in them. This is the 3rd time I'm missing a card that DID NOT EVER come. Both mailed at the same exact time but only one got to me.. This is a problem...

Yes sometimes it’s very busy and you just have to be patient. The staff working the counters usually apologize for the wait. I always find the employees kind and helpful.

First I walk in to get yelled that they aren’t open yet although their doors are open. Then she gives me the wrong package for me to find out later to drive back all the way. Then I come in and there are 20 people on the line and I have to wait. And then, GUESS WHAT? They LOST THE PACKAGE! Great job for usps for hiring people who hate their jobs and doing the most sloppy job on the world.

The line was so long. I decided to start shipping packages from home.. but that's just as bad.its now 6: 30 pm and my packages needed to ship today. No show mail truck. This is not the first time this had happened. My red flag had been up since 8 am..

When the line is always out the door and the self service package drop off box is always locked. Thank goodness for UPS store accepting these prepaid packages.

Terrible staff , they don't care about people, there were approximately 25 people in line and just left and went in the back and was having some sort of Celebration. TERRIBLE THIRD WORLD COUNTRY SERVICE

Staff is nice, but every single time there's a line going out the door with one or two people working. When your city grows 4x maybe open another post office or hire staff to keep up with the growth.
