Horrible experience. We went into the store to open 2 new lines with Verizon. A week ago today. This store quoted us 145 a month after we pay our taxes and fees. We received a bill exactly one week later for 261.00 dollars. Asking us to pay a previous month bill. With added fees.
I was able to find out this store in fact is not a corporate Verizon store. They don’t know what they are doing. Corporate was able to correct everything. But we will never shop at a 3rd party store again. Inexperienced salesman. Don’t use Brendon.

I decided to close my 4 family phones to go to T-mobil... since T-mobil pays the penalty to the other company!
I personally closed my 2 Motorola Edge 2021, mine and my wife's, paying for them in the store with my own credit card and the other Motorola Edge 2021 and iPhone 13 Pro Max, paying off once I received the electronic debit cards from T-mobil
I received the T mobile cards both for different values, one for $308.36 to pay for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the other for $175 to pay for the latest Motorola
I personally went to the store to make all the payments in person and I have proof and receipts.. They were sent to verizon and everything was supposed to be ready
I started receiving charges for administrative expenses and for the phones paid in my bank account for amounts from another galaxy: $1,567, which they tried to charge more than 4 times, overdrawing my bank account to the point that I can barely pay my mortgage or my things.
I went to the stores to discuss this, and the payoffs were never sent. The system has no idea who made the mistake, but the mess is huge... I have had to put a stop payment on my accounts and Verizon still charges different amounts every month...
I am really tired of this, but now they are threatening to take away my income and seize my assets if I don't pay an absurd and ridiculous bill of $1067 for money that I don't owe!
In fact, they send me invoices and they don't even say why they charge me. I call by phone and go to the stores and they don't even have access to my account, which has been closed for two months.
Despite everything I have paid and all the money they owe me, they continue to try to steal from all sides.
I have proof and a receipt of payment for all the months before I left and the pay off for all the closed lines.
I know that Verizon has already been sued for fees and administrative expenses and things like that, but this is exaggerated to the point that I can't even sleep, thinking that I'm going to be left without my money or anything.

Tony was very patient. The application got kicked back a couple times, not from his doing. He stuck it out very patiently. I had to leave and come back with mail.......
and victory! The entire team in here was very professional and hardworking you could feel the good energy and good vibes. Great job. I'm glad I switched

Walked in with an another customer closely behind me and waited while 2 reps finished with customers. Was not busy at all. One rep said “we’ll be right with you” and proceeded to walk in the back while the other one followed. After a period of time the customer with me walked out and I and after waiting long I decided to leave since the 2 available reps were nowhere to be found. Looking back at the reviews here they are just authorized dealers. Don’t go here

Great service. Ricardo stayed after closing to help me situate my problem that I had with my account and billing. Difficult problem to solve but he was professional and patient and fixed everything.
