LeVonn was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable and and all around great person.Went back today for a problem with my new phone. Russell was such a huge help!! He was able to fix things in a matter of minutes. So glad I went with Verizon on US 1 FEDERAL HWY PORT SAINT LUCIE FL 34952. ?

Had a problem with TalkBack that I couldn't get off my phone even turning it off. He was able to successfully address the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to return for any issue, whether updating or correction problem.

I drove to multiple Verizon stores within 10 miles of this specific store near Stuart , Florida, and was told either systems were down, or they just couldn’t help me, and each store sent me to a different Verizon store, where multiple people were working but all said systems were down. I lost my 30 day period to return and exchange myPhone, and 2 days after the 30 day exchange period their systems were up, but they refused to exchange myPhone even though I drove all over town like they told me to and it was not my fault their systems were down, whatever this means. I called Portland Maine Verizon where I got the phone and they said they would still exchange it. Unfortunately I was not able to drive to maine from Florida in enough time, and Verizon cost me a lot of money (these specific stores in Florida) and were not at all willing to work with me so I could get a working phone and deal with other issues only they could solve. I’ve since switched to a different carrier and am much happier. Thanks Verizon for never being there, should have left sooner.
