We purchased all of our window treatments from Vertical Village in 2022. We recently had a problem with a motorized shade. Technicians Andrew and Titus came today. They identified the problem and fixed it immediately, professionally and courteously. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Great service from installation to service. Nice family owned business. Very responsive to any issue. Service technician, Jonathan, fixed a simple issue with motorized roll-up charger quickly that might have been overlooked by someone less thorough and experienced at no cost to me. I highly recommend.
