I needed a product so I looked online to see what stores sold it and who had it in stock. I saw that this Walgreens had the item in stock. So I went there, the item I wanted was in stock but listed for a very different price than the Walgreens website. $12 dollar difference when I mentioned it to the staff they seemed unconcerned with this fact stating this is what the price is and we do not match our online price. The prices listed online get customers to come to your store but you don't match or fix prices from there own website. This is a very deceiving practice for Walgreens. The fact that staff would not even consider matching the price for their own website. So I asked if I could order it online and pick it up now since I wanted the price advertised. They said I could do this however the lady was now not going to help me and asked me to get out of her line. After I paid and ordered the items they still were unwilling to help me. I asked how do I pick this up now and the lady was like next customer and ignored me. Finally I got someone to help me and she looked at my items and made a comment " oh.... good luck to the person ordering this compile of items" when I asked her what she meant she was like " clearly this person is very sick" and I looked at her and I looked at my items, which were for me. An Ice pack, body wash, and hand soap. Thinking how did we come to this conclusion and that's kind of a rude thing to say to someone. Turns out she's the manager. All and all I would say go to Walmart same level of customer service, you know what your going to get and you will pay way less for it.

It was a Walgreens, the lady in the drive through seem like she didn't want to be at work today. Got my wife's prescription and left.

Pharmacy is terrible. Pharmacy first informed my prescription was ready I go to pick it up and it’s not ready they need another 30 min. Go back in 30 minutes and it’s still not ready need another 15 minutes. Plus customer service is non-existent I don’t care how busy you are.
