Nicholas the pharmacy “manager” is without a doubt the most unprofessional human I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He profiles patients, thinks he knows more than prescribing physicians, and attempts to dictate the care of paying customers. He hangs up on you when you ask questions, and after multiple complaints to corporate- still continues his antics. I made 7 calls to this specific pharmacy (1 hour and 33 minutes on hold total) and still have unresolved issues that I’d love to discuss with him.

WOW, what a disgrace!!We visting from South Africa for the holidays, and I must say this was by far the worst experience I have had in a foreign country.Pharmacist are rude with no compassion for patients, they couldn’t care less if you are in pain and need urgent help.I told the pharmacist that Xpress Urgent Care sent them an email with my prescription medication.At 1st, they could not locate the email. I called Express Urgent Care, who resend the email.I was told we have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. I assume it is to process the order.I told the pharmacist I could not wait that long is their anything they could do.She said unfortunately I have to wait, and if I can't wait, she could transfer the email to another pharmacy.She had a lot of attitude.How is that ? She just walked away and left us standing there.I then accepted the fact that I had to wait. I then spoketo a second pharmacist as the 1st one walked away, who told me they would text us when to collect after verifying our mobile number.I then bought some Ibuprofens to subside the pain and left the store for home.We are still waiting for a call or text.They closed for the day.Another sleepless, painful night.It's a lot of money for me to visit a doctor here, and now I have to wait until the next day for my prescribed medication.They are an absolute disgrace to the profession that is supposed to help people who truly need care.3 staff members on duty who looked at me in disgust because I'm in pain.

These pharmacist are the most rude, disrespectful, with no compassion to the patients, they couldn’t care less whether their prescriptions get filled in a timely manner or not, when you ask them about the medication or approach them they take the apportunity to belittle you making you feel like you’re some idiot, I will never return to this pharmacy. They are an absolute disgrace to the profession that is suppose to help people that truly need care. People don’t take medication because they want to but need to, to feel better. They pay for their medication through the money they pay for their insurance. These pharmacists should be ashamed of the way they treat their clients. Disgrace to Walgreens.

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I’m a type 1 diabetic that went into dka today because my insulin pump was malfunctioning. I don’t own long lasting insulin or syringes and had gotten a script from the ER. I told the woman if they did not have it I would take my written script elsewhere. She assured me it would be ready in 2-3 hours. 5 hours later it still was not ready and the pharmacist didn’t care. I wasn’t demanding pain meds, I wanted my medication to keep me alive. What’s wrong with you people???

On the 4th of July this young man named Yaras was running around taking care of the photo station and the front register. He attended me with great customer service and a kind attitude. I had a mini conversation and it was brought to my attention that he missed his moms birthday to come to work and on a holiday, when he could be messing around and be out with his friends like every other kid or spending time with his mother. Based on my interaction I could tell he is hardworking and responsible

Yaras was amazing he was helping someone infront of us and the amount of helped he provided the customer I had to tell him keep up the amazing work. When It was my turn the same customer service was provided to me. This young man is going far!!! I don’t even live down here but will come to this location when I visit

Deceptive sales practices. I love wasting time trying to buy things incorrectly marked on sale only to have to wait 10 minutes in line to be told i was wrong and have to pay full price because of their mislabeling mistake.

If I could give this a zero, I would. I went there to pick up bayer asprin for $2.99 on my other card. The person at the register scanned my card and took off the amount, when I realized I didn't put my phone number in he tried to go back and couldn't complete the sale so he said I had to speak to the manager. In doing so the manager said the money didn't go through and I need to call my insurance co.. When in fact it did go through. He would not listen to reason and refused to make good on their mistake for a bottle of $2.99 aspirin. What happen to good customer service in this world and the customer is always right. I will not be doing business with this establishment anytime soon and reported the manager to the corporate office. If I have to write a letter to the president of the company I will. If you make a mistake you should right the wrong and the manager made no effort whatsoever to do so.

Pharmacy here apparently has better things to do, than serve their only customer waiting. Since they decided to wait until they feel like serving their customers, They can go ahead and restock my medication. And I'll pick it up when I feel like it.
