I wish I could give a zero star. Today 1/5/24 at approximately 8:15pm. I just left the DRIVE THROUGH pharmacy, older African American woman who by the way removed her name tag, was working the drive through, I explained to her that I just left the ER. Although that doesn’t matter, the last thing I needed after leaving the hospital is to be dealt with like trash . She was rude, unpleasant and very unprofessional in my opinion. Why go to work if you don’t want to be there? This isn’t the first time, even when I said thank you she did not respond, she had an attitude all around. I will be switching my medication to Publix I’ve been using Walgreens for over 15 years but I refuse to continue to go to a place where the employees (well her) lack compassion. The google reviews basically mentions this same woman but yet she is still employed. Do better Walgreens. I switched my medication over to Publix that same night, even though I needed my pill that night.

Pharmacy is always great, I know it gets busy but they always take the time you need to answer any of your questions and always make me feel valued.

On this date at 11:20am, I'm literally sitting in the pharmacy and when asked the lady behind the counter about my prescription, I believe her name was Francene or Fransesca, I have been coming here since 2019 and have never seen her but she was extremely rude. I first went through the drive through and she told me it wasn't ready rudely and didn't provide a time when it would be ready. So then I parked and went inside and explained the medication is for PTSD and I was having an anxiety attack, and when asked when it would be ready and she rudely again stated, "it's not ready." I then asked when it would be ready and she stated, "I don't know 15-20 minutes." Like really lady. Very rude and disrespectful. I would hate to think my mother or grandmother gets treated in such a way. Just common sense and common courtesy. Hey I'm sorry it's not ready, but I'll get it ready in about 15 min. It's just a cold response.

Unacceptable Wait Times at Walgreens Drive-ThruI recently had an unfortunate experience at my local Walgreens drive-thru that I feel compelled to share. As a customer who relies on timely access to medication, I was shocked and disappointed by the unacceptable wait time I experienced.Having to wait in line for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, especially when seeking medication for an illness, is inconsiderate and inappropriate. The drive-thru service is meant to provide convenience, particularly for individuals who may not be feeling well or are unable to enter the store due to health concerns. Unfortunately, my experience only added to the distress of my health condition. It is crucial for pharmacies like Walgreens to prioritize the well-being of their customers, especially those who are already dealing with health challenges. I urge Walgreens to recognize the significance of timely service for patients and reevaluate their processes to ensure that individuals in need of medication receive it promptly and efficiently.Patients should not be made to endure extended wait times that exacerbate their health issues. The drive-thru experience should be focused on providing quick and convenient service, rather than prioritizing the convenience of the staff.I hope this review serves as a constructive reminder for Walgreens to reflect on their customer service practices and make the necessary improvements. Efficient service and the well-being of their customers should always be at the forefront of their operations.Sincerely,Concern neighbor

I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. I have been an avid Walgreens person, but their customer service and the lack of work in this pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. Screw Walgreens especially this one.

Sent to customer service: I want to compliment Katrina an employee of the Walgreens at 2901 SW Port St Lucie Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953. she has to be the nicest, most welcoming, joyful, caring retail employee I have ever encountered. I first encountered her at a Vero Beach location and thought maybe she was just having a great day. When I saw she moved to my local store by my neighborhood I remembered her immediately. She left that much of an impression. Since she has been at my local store, I have come to realize she is just that awesome and uplifting person every day. I always hope she’s working because I know I’ll hear her interacting happily with customers while checking out their items. I know when I get to that counter even if I am having a bad day, she’ll be sure to elicit some sort of smile or happy conversation. She has a true gift. Her attitude is infectious. You should be honored to have Katrina at your store, making sure her customers have the best day possible. Today I was down until while checking me out, she ended with a happy bubbly “now I’m off tomorrow Saturday, Sunday and Monday. So if I don’t see you til then, you have a wonderful Fathers Day!”. I didn’t even realize Sunday is Father’s Day, but she made sure I felt appreciated because I’d it. When I told my wife Katrina was working and what she said, my wife asked how she has that much happy energy all the time. I replied because that’s just her. She doesn’t have to think about it because it’s who she is. You have a real treasure on your team. She should be promoted to a corporate training team so she can have an impact on your new hires and all of their customers. Please share this with her management team and ensure she is recognized for it. Thank you.

The pharmacy customer service rep is the worst; not only rude but very unprofessional. She closed the drive through window in my face! She then proceeded to make fun of me with another associate. She does not know me or my health condition, however she treated me like I was a drug addict. I don’t know where Walgreens hire these kind of people from but I am going to do my best to never come back. She is chubby Hispanic girl with long black hair.

I give this Labcorp location a 5 for only one reason. The medtechs/nurses are very skilled and make you feel comfortable. There was 8 patients ahead of me and I was paged into the lab in only 10 minutes. Thank you ladies. You were awesome.

Never fails. If my prescription is like two days early. One of the lovely pharmacists always asks me “well why are you early?” And I’m like “it’s not really your business. If my doctor said it’s okay, then it’s okay. It’s written on the prescription.” Then she usually hangs up on me. Has happened maybe 3-4 times in the past almost 2 years. There is one amazing pharmacist her name is KiKi (not sure if I’m spelling it right) and she’s a sweat heart. And I’m sure there’s other good people there too. But my bad experience usually comes from one bad apple esè.

They will not answer the phone, every time you call the pharmacy, they hang up instead of answering. It is impossible to do business with any company that makes it obvious that they could care less about the patients and only the $They have lost a Custumer permanently!
