Called to check on a prescription and the rudest woman ever answered the phone. If I would have gotten a name I would have attached it. Be warned if you’re looking for good customer service this is not the establishment to go to.

This Walgreens will steal your packages, do not ship your fedex items there. My package cost $300 they scanned it into their system and they are saying they don’t have it. This Walgreens steals items. Per fedex Walgreens should have scanned it so they do have it. They are thieves at this location.

Pharmacy is closed at 1pm on a Saturday went to pick up meds after an urgent care visit only to find out the pharmacist had to leave so they closed the pharmacy. How do you just close your whole department because you lack employees?!? Novel idea have an on call shift and hire more people! What is happening?!?! Complete fumble and mind blown 🤯 hassle and extra headache already a stressful ordeal! Get with the times for heaven’s sake! Pay their worth and hire more people! Walgreens you can afford it! Customer service has officially died and left the building! Never to return again! What a shame third pharmacy locally to encounter this! Rerouting meds drama and headache 🤕 no words complete fumble!!!

Rosemary is beyond helpful, she is always around when I seem to have a question, can't find something or I am looking for a price check. The rest of the staff is also very friendly. This store is always kept clean and stocked well. Happy to have this location as my neighborhood store.

I shop here frequently. Basically all the time. Since they created the app to retrieve my digital savings. Etc. It has been a nightmare. I swear I clip these coupons and majority of the time. I get home and come to the realization I over payed on items that were supposed to be on sale. ( so I would absolutely double check the price) while checking out. But I realized especially for Scott products. I was always paying the price before sale. Well, the last visit. The employee was super kind. Took her time with me. I showed her the app. Where clearly everything was clipped. We tried on numerous times to type in my phone number. And every time. Nothing was happening. No deduction from the Scott toilet paper products? Everything else works. So long story short. She made things right. As I am a regular and come here all the time. I'm not trying to steal $1.25. I mean really. However, when you clearly clip a coupon. It should deduct the cost. Thank you so much Mabel.T.. Your customer service skills are great and should be noticed. I wish they would go back to the old scanning coupon at registered. The app has many glitches. Needs to be addressed. Check those receipts.

The service for passport picture is bad. The picture is dark. They need improve the lighting for passport picture. No only the money matter. I do not recommend this site for passport picture.

I had a prescription for a Covid medication that we had been trying to fill quickly as it is time sensitive. Spent most of the day back-and-forth with another pharmacy and it was just one problem after another. My prescription was then sent to Walgreens and once everything had been received they had it filled in about 15 or 20 minutes. When I called, the staff in the pharmacy was very polite and courteous and handled my issues right away.

R. Marbel is the manager, and I don't understand what her problem is. Why work here if you hate the customers? I just asked for help finding an item, and she told me right away, No. It's a good thing I learned that she's not racist. She just hates everybody equally.

This store has very nice and friendly employees, but unfortunately there is a lady called BELLA, who is really lazy, mean, rude and racist; the first time she was rude to me i thought she is not feeling well but days later i went shopping again and she was acting so rude.. does she have a problem with others than blonde and white skinned people?

Terrible customer service!!! The Older blonde lady working the register this afternoon has some serious issues. She should really stay home if she's that miserable. She was rude, argumentative, and looking for a fight. I asked her two times if my card swiped.. i was still waiting . She just kept ignoring me. I said hello can you hear me? Did my my card swipe? She got extremely angry and started snapping at me. What did you say? What did you say? I'm very rude tone of voice. I repeat it once again. Did my card swipe? She then proceeded to go off on a tangent, about me not saying hello when I walked up to the counter. When I walked up she should've been the one who greeted me. She is the cashier? I'm the customer. I was greeted by an angry miserable woman. She need's professional help with her anger issues.
