  Not sure who the manager is or who does the hiring but seriously what is the problem with the pharmacy. Hire more people. You can stand in line for 30 minutes plus. Something has to be done.

  There is a reason Walgreens is closing stores nationally. Their primary purpose is to dispense medication which is something they can't seem to figure out. Typical wait time for pickup is around 20-30 minutes. Walgreens and CVS will eventually become extinct when someone finds a better way (such as Amazon) to get you your medication. This store is a case study in why this business model is failing.

  Every time I go here it’s awful. They never answer their phones and you can’t get ahold of anyone. Their photo services are never ready on time and you can’t get ahold of anyone to help you.

  Why do the lazy people in their cars & SUVs get priority in the drive up window over a long line of seniors standing in line at the drug counter for over 45 minutes? One person behind the counter doing the walk ups & drive window & they cannot find anything. Hire more people or close this terrible pharmacy!

  PLEASE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. This pharmacy is a tragedy. Even when I was only one in line...it took 30min. Usually it's a line wrapped around the aisle. I can't believe it's this bad. I'm switching asap.

  What happened? They went from filling prescriptions faster then publix to now not having it when they say its ready! Waited an hour in drive thru to be told come back tomorrow. When th app told me it was ready. They said they didn't get the order from Orlando. Then she said come back in 30 min. I said i just waited an hour on line. Then she said 15 min. I said no keep them. Got home now im getting messages they are ready. NOT EVER GOING BACK HERE! I hope yhey go out of business because they are worse then publix!

  Walgreens’ Pharmacy on Gatlin Blvd has proven to be the worst in the area. The wait to get your medication is unacceptable whether you go through the drive through or inside. My experience with one of the workers ,Alex, at the pharmacy register was unimaginable. He literally sent me home with tears in my eyes. He lacked compassion and in different occasions has been very rude. I went to pick up my diabetes medication and wanted to pay out of pocket being that Medicare doesn’t cover it. He insisted I had to call Medicare and have them sent a form stating they don’t cover the medication. I’m saying to him they don’t cover it and is out of pocket. He refused to listen putting the drive through phone down and ignoring me. Very unprofessional. He literally put my life in danger being that I had no means to check my glucose. I went home that night in distress. Next morning, first thing in the morning, I called the pharmacy and was informed that if I’m paying out of pocket there’s no problem, I can come and get my sensor in an hour. Alex recklessly provided misinformation and should be retrained. I would rate this place the lowest “0”.

  They rigged their phone system to leave you on hold. THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Recording says 1 caller ahead. 2 days in action on hold 40 min. We drive up and free staff not on phone.
