Your pharmacist Leslie is a complete unprofessional ! I will 1000% have this reported directly to the owners of Walgreens in itself. She got the wrong one.

The pharmacy techs need to tell if medicine needs to be refrigerated. I have been giving my baby an antibiotic that needed to be refrigerated and they failed to tell me so

I had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens today with an employee named Angelica. I arrived at the store just two minutes before closing time, at 8:58 PM, due to an emergency involving my son’s medical condition. As soon as I walked in, Angelica yelled, “We are closed!” despite it not being 9 PM yet.
I tried to explain the urgency of my situation and that I only needed to quickly grab something for my son, but Angelica refused to let me get what I needed. She repeatedly stated that she didn’t care and even threatened to call the police. She also mentioned that she doesn’t get paid after 9 PM, which added to her refusal to assist me. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager.
This lack of compassion and professionalism, especially in a situation involving a medical emergency, was very upsetting. I do not feel she should be working in customer service due to her attitude and behavior. I hope Walgreens can address this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers in the future.

I just came back from Walgreens 9000 us 1 port st lucie fl.l dropped off a package for Fedxpress. The assistant manager Jose was the rudest most unpleasant person l have met in a long time. He mumbled something in a strong unrecognizable accent. I asked him to repeat it as l don’t hear too well ,( l did not want to point out his English was poor. )So much for my courtesy!!.He screamed l would get a text for a receipt. But l would not as it was a landline phone. I told him he was rude and he said “well” grunted and walked away. What a charmer he must be. ! I will not go to this place again . Not that he is concerned .lt seems that Walgreens is really going down fast.

Why provide digital receipts if no one in the store is able to use them to return an item?

(Just to be clear, it’s crazy this Walgreens has its own company policy. This is why Walgreens is failing. You don’t oversee your franchisees, so that said) It’s unfortunate that “company policy” will not let you release information, on prescription availability. Having my doctor call in a script, just to tell me it’s out of stock. Well what a concept, tell the patient. That way he/she doesn’t have to play phone tag, with their doctor all day. While I sit at home, needing a medication, but can’t fill it bc we have to do this phone run around. I can’t help but think if “company policy” was in the customers favor.(you know that whole healthcare oath, of doing whatever you can above and beyond. To help a patient, guess that goes out the window when the pharmacist is hired”) luckily CVS has it figured out, probably why they have a better stock. It’s 2024 get w it or get out of the business of customer service, because”company policy” isn’t working.

Pharmacy does not inform patient's Dr. when meds not in stock, so they can be faxed to another pharmacy, just says they are not in system until pressed.

We switched to this Walgreens from CVS and have been overall happy. I’ve been really under the weather and made an online appointment for a COVID/Flu test as I have a young child and wanted to know my status. When I went in they couldn’t find my appointment (quite possibly my fault as I’m nearly delirious from sickness and no sleep). They chose not to help me. They told me to go to a Walgreens up the street ?. Oooook. Sweating and tearful I called the Walgreens up the street (Prima Vista/US1) and they said yes come over! I went straight there and they look at me confused. I called the one on Prima Vista and Bayshore (again delirious), They wouldn’t swab me either. I’m soaked in sweat, clearly uncomfortable and on the verge of tears and no one sees me or if they do they don’t care. I drove alllll the way across to Prima Vista and Bayshore. They were just as busy if not more so and they took my info and did my swab and sent me on my way. So thankful for that compassionate pharmacist. I get it, I do. There was no appointment in the system but I had clearly made an effort and I was clearly struggling and a pharmacy offering these services is part of health CARE.

I have been going to Walgreens for last 4 years for my pain management. This Monday I drop off my prescription to b filled. N on Thursday,I went back to c what happened to my prescription. They said due date was Friday. ( next day, they gave me prescriptions back) I told them I ll b having a knee surgery, I won’t b able . They said send anyone , will give it to them. Next day I had a knee surgery , my bf told me that they were out of my pain meds. Now I had to drag in to talk to black hair pharmacist, she wasn’t even listening to me. She kept lying n change her lies, told me they stop making this meds 2 weeks ago, then she said they don’t have the meds, then she said we can’t help u. U have to call n go around another pharmacy to get my meds. With hurting surgery leg. Terrible treatment by Walgreens. Very nasty pharmacist , Shane on u Walgreens. I ll try go to Publix or cvs or Walmart. I am sure they have better pharmacists there, who can help me.
