I don't know why I give them one chance after another. I used the app to order a number of items for pick up. One item was for my wife, a comestic foundation that she likes and I ordered 2. How hard is it to check the color and take 2 of the same off the peg or display. Well apparently pretty hard because I only received 1 of the correct shade. I checked the order while the Walmart person was still at the car. I showed him the problem and asked if he could fix it. BIG NO. I was told I have to go inside which I was trying to avoid and exchange it. Well I get to customer service, explained the situation and maybe I expected too much, but I thought a " so sorry that happened let me take care of that for you. " Nope, didn't happen no apology for the mistake or making me come inside. She curtly asked for the bar code and told me she can't exchange it. Then she asked would I like the return on a gift card. What type of imbecile would even ask that. I want it credited back to my credit card, I don't want to try to keep track of your gift cards. I'm not going to shop right then, I have food spoiling in the car because of your employee's ineptitude. Come on Walmart can you teach some common courtesies to your customer service people. I wish there was a Target a little closer, so much more pleasant.

I signed up for Walmarts grocery delivery. This is the second time I've had a problem with this particular store. The driver never delivered my groceries but had put that it had been delivered. No picture was ever shown. Than when I called the driver he hung up on me 3 times. I called the store twice with no answer. Than on the third try they picked up and hung up. I called the main customer service line and they got me contacted with the store. I spoke with Connie who was very understanding and patient with me. She tried calling the driver but it went to voice mail. She left a message but he never called her. Infact he brought my groceries back to the store and just left. She made arrangements for another driver to drop off my groceries. At least there's one person, Connie, who knows how to treat customers! I'm not sure if I'm going to keep using Walmarts delivery service. Maybe I'll try a different location first hoping their customer service is better. Fingers crossed.

The deli never has rotisserie chickens or individual smaller size bags of bread available. The general sense of employees is that they don't really care even though they are all making over $11 hour. Sad store compared 5o soon many others.

My credit card has been down for sometime; I figured since their is a dominoes this Walmart will accept Apple Pay. I get to the register with one item over a few. Isle 10 to be specific the under 10 items quick check out and the guest relations was nice; sturdy. The cashier ended up suggesting I go to customer service before this she suggested I apply a feature from the app I happen to have on my phone; Walmart pay. I suggest all Apple Pay users shopping at Walmart download the app and implement the Walmart pay feature to simplify their shopping experience and shopping pleasure. Thank me later. Take care

Almost EVERY TIME I go to this Walmart I am stopped and asked for my receipt. I see people pass them without a word but as soon as I approach I am stopped. I am a 72 YO white single woman. I have shopped there for the 8 years I have lived in PSL. I shop there several times every week. I have a perfect credit score. Own my own home. Pay my bills on times. Pay my taxes. Never have taken anything from ANY store. I resent being made to feel like a crook every time I want to get my groceries. I have reached my limit on forgiveness. The few dollars I save are not worth the insult.

I would give it zero stars if possible! I purchased a Vicks vaporizer for colds & sinuses. I was charged st the check stand for a service guarantee plan without my consent or knowledge. I realized it later when I got home. I 'm sure I am not the only person who had this unauthorized charge added to my bill. When I called to speak to a manager, the CS rep would not connect me & gave me some phone number for Walmart Corp that wasn't a Walmart number. This is completely unacceptable from a large company! Seniors be sure to check your receipts before you leave the store for unauthorized charges like these. Don't let Walmart rip you off! Better yet, shop elsewhere.

Staff is friendly, place is clean, but the supplies are always barely available. Right now they've been out of cat food for days and days Literally no food at all on shelves for the cats. This is my only complaint, but I think stocking is super important to take care of before shelves are empty for days and days going into weeks

This SuperWalmart in Port Saint Lucie pick up their phone after 20 rings and when transferred to their liquor store their don't pick up their phone. Poorest costumer service I've seen anywhere.
