They have always been great with my husband's many many Rx's. They even helped me find manufacture discounts when I needed it for a Rx that wasn't covered by insurance.

I want to thank the pharmacy staff for great service, they continue to go out of their way to get my prescriptions filled, when I can’t get in contact my doctors office.

Call to ask pricing on two different antibiotics because my doctor was going to call it in and I wanted to see which one would be more cost-efficient. They told me the price for one and then refused to tell me the other price and said my doctor needed to call it in first. My doctor told me either one of the medication I was asking for would work and I just want it simple pricing…the fact that they make me go through hoops and have my doctor call it in to find out pricing is ridiculous.

I arrived at this Walmart pharmacy at 5:25 pm on a Sunday. Sandra had a line of people waiting for a long time. By the time I saw her it was about 5:50pm. Not my fault she wants to close up and go home at 6. Was very dismissive and rude. No customer service skills. I wanted to ask her one more quick question and she told me to go back of the line again. I know how business’s should be run and this is definitely not professional. You don’t rush to close up when a line of people were already waiting to be seen way before closing time.

Stopped into this location tonight around 7:30pm. As I walked through the turnstile a was greeted by a HUGE Rat !!!' It ran towards me , and went under a food display .. a few seconds later it ran from under the display towards the self checkout and in between a small refrigerator in the self checkout section !! This rat was the size of a cat !!' I mentioned it to the girls working in the customer service area and the one girl acknowledged she saw it as well and that they're everywhere outside AND in the store !!! This is totally disgusting and unacceptable !!! This place needs to be shut down and completely fumigated before someone gets bit and people begin getting sick from the rats crawling all over the food at night !! There are so many foods that are in the produce and other sections that are unprotected and not sealed properly throughout the store . This place is infested and needs to be shut down for fumigation !! Disgusting !!!!!

The most unethical pharmacy I have ever been too and sadly I live right across the street so it has been convenient. However, I am done. I had such an awful experience about a month ago that I filed a complaint with Walmart ethics committee. Who then forwarded it on to the director for market health and wellness. Today, same thing. Same medication. Same pharmacist. Absolutely nasty. Clearly whoever does their ordering for medication should be fired because they are completely out of stock of a time sensitive, extremely common medication. They won't have it today or possibly until end of day tomorrow. In order for me to get this medication now I have to have a diff pharmacy "pull" it, which takes 24 hours. THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS PHARMACY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. They are consistently RUDE even if you are just casually making conversation. Always cold and rude when assisting customers (I pay attention to how they are with other customers around me). Honestly not even sure that this out of stock medication is truly out of stock and this isn't retaliation. Sad that I even am considering that but that is how vile these employees are. They should not be in this line of work where people, more often times than not, need compassion.

The pharmacist on US1 in Port St Lucie it was very disappointed thinking I would go there and it would be a great place to be one shop Stopping Center. the pharmacist the blonde headed man was arrogance he flagged my file and question my doctor even though my doctor told him everything was fine he was like the Napoleon syndrome. I never seen a pharmacist so disrespectful so full of himself and you just wanted to throw up right there it was the worst experience for a pharmacist I've ever had he needs to go back to school and learn. As long as he is there I will never use that pharmacist again and it looks like on these reviews I'm not alone I guess there's such a big place they all are very arrogant and they don't seem to care very much

During the past few years I will admit that service at this Pharmacy has not been the best. Due to simple Covid matters & Employee shortages, It's usually hard to get someone on the phone and the attitudes are usually subpar at best but TODAY was a new day or maybe just a new employee. I called like I often do to assist my dad with some issues & Ellen picked up the phone and alone gave me hope that common sensitivity and five star customer service does exist. Not only was Ellen pleasant, she was patient, she did not brush me off and send me to call the insurance company, she worked with me until we found a collective resolve and the provided me with a beautiful farewell.I wanted to take a moment to thank Ellen publicly and I hope that she sees this.Five star employees like you make shopping with a smile easier. You are a true star and I hope that you are properly thanked.Hey Wal-Mart Management please don't mess this one up. We need her!
